"This is bad. This power has surpassed the peak level of this world!" one of the Five Elders cried out in shock from within their meeting chamber when they saw Rosinante's skyrocketing aura.
"We have to stop this attack. Otherwise, not only will the Navy suffer catastrophic losses, even the World Government itself will be in danger!"
"We can't allow this to continue any longer. It's time to act!"

"Agreed."

And in the next instant, the Five Elders had vanished from the meeting room.
"T-This is really becoming something unbelievable..." Borsalino said in shock as he looked at the sky-high crimson steam and Rosinante's overwhelming aura.
"He tore apart the attack of Light Emperor just with the steam radiating from his body?" Kuzan said in disbelief.
"This aura... it's terrifying!" Momousagi said.
"So this is the true strength of Dragon King Rosinante? How frightening..." Chaton muttered.
"Everyone, be careful. If we're careless with the next attack, we could die!" Sengoku said with incomparable seriousness.
"This power... it's already surpassed the level of a peak Admiral," Garp said, his face changing dramatically.

In a moment so fast it could barely be perceived, the crimson dragon arrived in front of Sakazuki.
Wrapped in the blood-red dragon, Rosinante unleashed a kick straight at him.
The instant he saw the sheer force of that attack, Sakazuki understood:

For the first time, Sakazuki felt the threat of death.
He went all out in defense.
His whole body transformed into magma.

A mighty gravity slash crashed down onto the crimson dragon.
