If I had come a few months ago, I would've seen her here, but she had already left to be a pirate. She's on an island called Goat Island now. It took me a while to remember, but Goat Island was an island under Alvida when Luffy beat her in the original One Piece manga.
Well, hopefully it's an island nearby, so I don't have to go far to find Alvida, since traveling by raft is highly exhausting.
