Ever since I came into this world and understood the circumstances, I started training in the morning and absorbing seawater in the evening, or vice versa. I said before, and I'll say it again , this sea system is the greatest gift anyone could ever receive, especially in the One Piece world. I don't know who gave it to me, but I'm extremely grateful.
On January 1, 1518, I turned sixteen years old, and the system gave me a chance at a special ability through a spinning wheel with ten choices. The Unique skill that I acquired was called Warp Portal.
Warp Portal is an S-rank unique skill that is extremely special; nothing to laugh at. With that ability, I can create a portal to any place in the world I've ever been before, including the island of Baterilla, an island located in the South Blue, and also my birthplace. The only thing you could say is that the downside of such an amazing skill is the toll it takes on me; the further I travel, the more energy it takes out of me.
What makes a Unique Skill special is that very few people, or no one else, has ever had such a skill in the One Piece world before. The other thing that makes a Unique skill very special is that the lowest grade a unique skill could ever be is A-. In other words, a Unique skill is special based on its rarity and its influence. Hopefully, I can find a way to get more skills like that soon, because a skill like that becomes precious after you take to the seas and visit multiple islands.
Now it's not too much to say I'm almost at the end of my training because in a few months, I'll be leaving this island and taking to the seas.
I must admit I'm a little nervous, but I'm also feeling something else right now; it's the feeling of excitement. I'm extremely excited. It's finally time for me to set sail; it's finally time to take to the seas and be free. All of my training and preparation were to get ready for the day I set sail and became a pirate.
I started building a raft for the day I eventually leave here. Thanks to Luffy, I have many skills now, and thanks to absorbing seawater, I have a ton of points for what would be considered a rainy day. I gave Luffy two additional points.
The guy is an idiot, but I consider him to be my younger brother. It would be a huge issue if he were to die. Besides, it's the least I could do considering all the sacrifices he made in the original timeline to save me, well, not me but the original Ace, especially breaking into Impel Down and going to Marineford. Technically, it wasn't for me, but I'm still grateful.
The reason for those points is to avoid life-shortening and life-ending damages. Well, Luffy, you're an idiot, but you were just fine in your past life without them, and now you have five. I expect you to be just fine, you're the main character of this story after all.
I've been counting all the money Luffy and Sabo collected over the past ten years. The plan is to take half of that and leave the other half for Luffy. Knowing him, he'll probably spend it all on food, but it doesn't make sense to take all of it. Sabo never got a chance to take any of it. He left all of it for me and Luffy. I'll be able to get money as a pirate anyway, so stealing from my younger brother is just weird, even if he wouldn't mind.
