"Is it over?"
Whitebeard gazed up at the sky, which had finally returned to calm, yet the lingering fear in his heart had not faded.
When the Seventh Overlord controlled that pyramid-shaped spacecraft and attempted to force its way through the interdimensional portal, the pressure it exerted on them had been overwhelming.
At this moment, everyone couldn't help but feel a sense of relief at having survived a catastrophe.
Roya withdrew his perception after merging with the Star Spirit and gave a slight nod.
"For now, it's over. But he will definitely make his way here through interstellar travel."
Whitebeard was startled, then silently nodded.
The others also felt a wave of dejection. The brief relaxation they had just experienced was once again replaced with tension.
That massive cosmic warship—whose full form they hadn't even seen—had already rendered them powerless and unable to resist, even from the other side of a portal.
In the end, Roya had relied on the Star Spirit's unique properties to mobilize the planet's core energy, shutting down the portal and temporarily repelling the invasion.
But when that enemy warship truly arrived at this planet, how would they stop it?
In the vast and boundless cosmos, how much time did this planet really have left?
One month? Two months?
Sensing the despair in everyone's hearts, Roya gave a light cough. His spiritual perception seeped silently into their minds, soothing them.
"There's no need to belittle ourselves. Although we were fortunate to buy some time this time, it's not as though we gained nothing."
As he spoke, he pointed to the massive block of biomaterial metal—tens of thousands of cubic meters in size—floating quietly on the sea.
"This piece of bio-metal will be the key to resisting the enemy's next invasion."
"More importantly, we've broken free from being mere tools. Within at most a month, both our strength and equipment can undergo a complete transformation."
"If that ship dares to descend upon us, I wouldn't mind dismantling it and building our own super cosmic warship. What do you think?"
The more Roya spoke, the more relaxed and confident his tone became. Combined with the calming influence of his spiritual power, it naturally soothed everyone—especially the weaker pirates and revolutionary soldiers.
Their emotions and morale surged once more, and cheers erupted.
"Life and death don't matter—if you're not convinced, come fight!"
"What 'Creator'? I specialize in beating up self-proclaimed gods like that!"
"That's right! Tear their ship apart and build our own! The greatest pirates should be adventuring across the galaxy!"
"Hey, pirates over there—shouldn't you leave some materials for the Marines too?"
Seeing their fighting spirit restored, Roya nodded to Whitebeard beside him and shot into the sky as a streak of light, heading toward the Holy Land, Mary Geoise.
The spore clouds surrounding Mary Geoise had already been cleared by the Pacifista forces. Those unfortunate enough to be overtaken by the spores had been decomposed by fungal filaments and reduced to nothing within the flames.
Although the fire was specifically meant to counter Green Bull's fungi, the burning still released immense heat.
Under this intense heat, the land at the summit of the Red Line could no longer bear the strain and had reached the brink of collapse.
The localized earthquake caused earlier by the pyramid spacecraft became the final straw.
Collapse.
At this moment, all of Mary Geoise—except for Pangaea Castle at the very top—was crumbling.
Before long, the replica pyramid hidden beneath the Red Line by the Star Spirit was revealed.
The Red Line, which once wrapped around the planet's equator like a ruby belt, had completely fractured.
The first half of the Grand Line and the New World were no longer separated and could now be freely traversed.
Outside Pangaea Castle, the Pacifista forces were clearing unstable sections, removing remaining collapse risks and finally stabilizing the inner city.
Roya bypassed the Room of Authority and went straight into the Flower Room hall where the Empty Throne resided.
Whitebeard, Sengoku, Dragon, Charlotte Linlin, Shanks, and other leaders and top-tier powerhouses quickly gathered inside.
Under Roya's leadership to face this new threat had already become the consensus of all factions. Naturally, they assembled immediately to hear his plans for the coming true invasion.
One side of the hall had been blasted open by Green Bull. A beam of light shone through the hole into the chamber, as if dispersing the oppressive gloom that had lingered there.
For most of those present, it was their first time entering this mysterious hall. As they marveled at the massive throne elevated atop three tiers of steps, Vegapunk finally arrived.
Along with him came a metal humanoid body constructed entirely from bio-metal—the Star Spirit itself, returning after a thousand years to the hall it had once personally built.
Roya had already shared all the knowledge he had obtained from the Seventh Overlord regarding how consciousness could be carried within bio-metal. This allowed the Star Spirit to transfer its core consciousness out of the cave in Laugh Tale and into this new body.
Following them was Kaido, who had previously missed the battles while undergoing modifications under Vegapunk.
From his light steps and fully restored musculature, it was clear that with the help of life substances and the Star Spirit's infusion, he had returned to the peak of his physical condition.
At this point, the top combat forces of the entire pirate world had finally assembled!
With his strength restored, Kaido's unpleasantly cunning and arrogant personality had also returned.
The moment he stepped in, he burst into laughter.
"Lord Roya, I truly submit now!"
"That move of convening the World Conference was brilliant—turning your hand to summon clouds, flipping it to bring rain! With ease, you used Green Bull's hand to wipe out all discord in the world!"
"Now the entire world is unified under your will. Especially those ordinary people who survived by chance—they already worship you as a god. With a single command from you, they would charge without hesitation toward any target you designate!"
Kaido's words were harsh, and with his usual tone, carried a hint of sarcasm.
Yet no one present could truly refute him.
Because for a brief moment, the will of everyone in the world had been united within that water dragon. Everyone knew it was Roya who turned the tide at the critical moment and saved the entire pirate world.
In the eyes of ordinary people, Roya and the Star Spirit were one and the same—a divine being who had rescued them from utter despair.
