"You're back, huh? Should we have a feast tonight?" Wu Guizhen said softly.
"You're strapped for cash, yet you bought so many groceries?" Su Ming asked with a smile.
"Yeah, tight budget or not, we still need to eat." Wu Guizhen said shyly.
"Hmm, that's true." Su Ming agreed wholeheartedly, as the saying goes: People are like iron, food is like steel, if we skip a meal, we'll feel uneasy. Everyone, rich or poor, should eat well for a healthy body to face tomorrow.
"I'll go make dinner now." Wu Guizhen said as she placed the groceries in the kitchen and put her backpack in her bedroom before walking out.
As soon as she stepped out, Su Ming's eyes lit up. Perhaps it was because the weather was too hot; she was wearing a silk slip dress that revealed much of her upper body and her long white legs were fully exposed.
Su Ming understood her choice of clothing, as cooking can be really hot.
