Maya's POV
The moment we pulled up, I caught my breath. The house before us was absolutely breathtaking—a stunning two-story structure with elegant stone pillars and expansive glass windows. Its colonial roofing complemented the rich beige exterior, and warm lights illuminated every corner of the facade, making it glow against the evening sky.
"Ready to go in?" Damon had already stepped out and opened my door. I'd been so captivated by the sight that I hadn't noticed him moving.
"Who owns this place?" I asked, stepping out. The house was located just behind Damian's street—I'd never seen it during my previous visits.
Damon's lips curved into a smile. "Nobody yet. But someone could—depending on what you decide." When confusion crossed my face, he added, "You mentioned needing more space than my apartment."
"More space, yes, but this..." I gestured toward the magnificent structure, unable to hide my awe. "This is an estate."
