What a boring day! The only thing happening in this city was my parents calling to make my life hell. My father had this fixed idea that I had to leave the police force and join him and my brother in the household business. That would never
happen.
I had already worked in the household business, both before and after graduating, but managing a network of protein-based food production companies wasn’t my calling, nor was taking care
of the household farms.
I admit that when I started studying law, that was the plan. Even though I didn’t particularly enjoy working in the companies, I tried. I chose a career that could add value to business administration, and having legal knowledge would be very useful, since my brother was already graduated in
business and accounting.
