The intelligence about the Elf Race's Beast Tide and Louis's actions are largely known across various empires.
Hilia just received this information from Elina as well.
The demons that emerged, besides having learned the strong self-healing ability brought by the Elf Forest, when high-tier mages attempt to annihilate them, they quickly escape and then try to learn the methods of the high-tier mages.
Especially those demons that luckily survived after being attacked, even more so.
The characteristic of a Tier Six Mage's magic is law. After entering Tier Six, their magical attacks incorporate some power of law, greatly enhancing the potency of the magic.
If these demons learn to use the power of law, they will combine law with life elements to form the law of life. By then, even without intelligence and with single attack modes, they can form a terrifying force, which even the Phoenix Kingdom might not be able to oppose.
This is why Louis left shortly after taking action.
