The endless daylight phenomenon is a unique occurrence that only appears in the Arctic.
During the period when this endless daylight lasts, the sun remains perpetually overhead, shining brightly even at midnight, as if it were broad daylight, which is why it is called endless daylight.
Some have also summarized a pattern: the farther north you go, the longer the duration of endless daylight. Thus, someone used this to verify the theory that the Five Continents revolve around the sun, rather than the sun revolving around the Five Continents.
Based on this, it is speculated that at the northernmost point of the Five Continents, the North Pole, where the night never encroaches, is the brightest and purest place in the world, known as the Land of Everlasting Daylight. Correspondingly, at the southernmost part of the world, there is a Land of Everlasting Darkness.
