The transition of the Holy Light Professionals mostly takes place in an area known as the "City of Light".
This place came into being in the human world as the power of Holy Light descended.
Since the Holy Light is a power born from the human world, the path for Holy Light Professionals to transition cannot possibly be found in those Secret Realms.
Only in the City of Light can the path for transitioning the Holy Light Profession be found.
There are only five entrances to the City of Light, which are nominally owned by all humanity, but in fact held in the hands of the Church Court.
Coincidentally, these five entrances are either located in or adjacent to the current five first-tier settlements of humanity.
For instance, the Southern Region Church Court, which controls the southern entrance to the City of Light, is located within Shenzhen, virtually under the Holy Core, the largest power institution of the Holy Light Church Court in the Southern Three Provinces.
