The Black Forest Armory perfectly aligns with the distinctive features of Dwarf architecture. The outer wall is constructed with heavy gray rock, grand and rugged, exuding a charm of heavy industry.
Inside, there are as many as four tall furnaces: the Karak Furnace, the Kurgan Furnace, the Ambrogen Furnace, and the Skull of Grondir, named after four illustrious Supreme Kings in Dwarf history, responsible for smelting steel for the entire Steel Armory.
Daily, the Dwarves of the armory would throw iron ore brought from all directions into these four giant furnaces, using the smelted metal to forge various divine weapons and sturdy armor.
