As the distance closed, in Lisa's eyes, the land ship named Rhode Island became increasingly large. Only upon close contact could one truly sense the magnificence and charm of this industrial giant beast.
Yet at the same time, not far from the land ship, thick dark clouds were rolling, as if stirred by some invisible force, ominously clustering at the horizon.
Occasionally, dark purple lightning flashed through the clouds, but no thunder followed. The edges of the clouds glowed with an unnatural orange-red hue, as if an indescribable disaster was brewing within.
Finally, the three of them arrived beneath the land ship and took an elevator up to the transfer station.
Responsible for receiving the three was a Caites (rabbit) woman, dressed in a uniform with a tall tower emblem on her chest. She let out a long breath: "Thank goodness you made it. Just a little later, and Rhode Island would have started to relocate."
Ingrid frowned slightly: "A natural disaster, huh."
