Since it was already night, there was no need to be as cautious as during the day. Tifa recalculated a shorter route to the Sea of a Thousand Islands, estimating a four-hour arrival.
Then, they set off officially. As usual, the Guardian God dragged the chains at the front, while Chun and Tifa sat on its back, casting magic to push forward. The Dragon Mother still glided on the ground like a goose, and the speed seemed quite decent.
Chun had no room for laziness and was fully engaged with hurricane magic.
Suddenly, the Guardian God looked up in surprise: "There's a star in the sky!"
Chun's mechanical body came with a telescope function. He focused and saw a vaguely outlined airship moving as fast as a meteor!
"Could it be reinforcements sent by the enemy?"
The Guardian God marveled: "Quick response, but they are still late. This speed is beyond normal flight, probably the legendary alternate space route."
