If Gods could intervene in the Material Realm at will, miracles in this world wouldn't be as rare as they were now. Whether they were orthodox Gods, Evil Gods, or mind-beguiling Devils and Demons, they would all descend to display miracles for followers and Divine Power, turning the earth into their pasture and fighting for resources.
Therefore, the difficulty of destroying certain creations that might point to the Gods was not as demanding as one might imagine.
It could probably be done using the simplest means of physical destruction: smashing, burning, or dissolving with acid, depending entirely on the material of the creation. However, if he did that, he had no idea if it would trigger some special karmic connection; he might just end up being targeted by another Evil God.
