Among the five Magic Formulas, there was neither the Repair Skill nor the Mage's Hand. Nor was there the bizarre magic that Mage Seda had used to inflict unbearable pain on him during his interrogation.
Clearly, these Magic Scrolls did not contain all the magic Mage Seda had mastered. However, this was quite normal; Magic Formulas were not the only channel through which a Mage could learn magic. Furthermore, even if a Mage learned magic through a Magic Formula, they wouldn't necessarily keep it after successfully building the Magic Model. After all, under normal circumstances, a Magic Formula lost its value once the magic was mastered. Unless, of course, one harbored crooked thoughts of reselling it.
