The Heart of Dominion, this exceptional necklace wasn't something Wang Zhifan recently looted. In fact, it's been an old relic gathering dust in his warehouse.
He obtained it from the Chaos Realm Dominance dungeon, where he earned his Overlord title. After defeating the opposing leader player, he found it on the body, being the core equipment of that summoner profession player.
At one point, Wang Zhifan planned to sell this necklace for money. But considering the risks of being targeted after casually selling exceptional equipment, he chose to temporarily store it in his personal space.
Eventually, before he could even sell the equipment, he made plenty of money by selling rare items and magical creatures, which sufficed for his financial needs, leading him to forget about it.
