Since comprehending it, she has only used it twice: once to deal with "Tai Sui" when on the brink of death, and another time against the Apprentice Death God, Yang Lie.
Normally, Yun You would not use this skill.
The reason is simple: its consumption... or rather, the cost is simply too great.
Similar to the Dragon Gun, using Survival of the Fittest requires deteriorating some part of her body to achieve an "equivalent exchange" effect.
But usually, the negative impact it brings is often larger than that of the Dragon Gun, because the Dragon Gun's devouring won't consume an entire organ, only half or a third. In such cases, if Yun You sacrificed her liver, an eye, or a kidney, it temporarily wouldn't greatly affect her body nor interfere with the battle.
However, Survival of the Fittest is different; its deterioration directly affects an entire organ.
