"What exactly is a Spirit Body? It doesn't quite seem human?"

[Spirit Bodies are actually remnants of a human soul, or you could say, projections of energy called souls... a recollection left in the material world after an individual's death. It can be explained in many ways, but it's essentially something like that.]

[Normally, when a person experiences physiological death, their soul consciousness would also dissipate...but for those with strong consciousness, their souls can persist long after death, retaining in the world in the form of a "Soul Stone" or "Spirit Body."]
