The carrot spirit hadn't recovered from the damage of the Heart Flame when it was hit by Wu Chang's elbow, howling as it rolled away.
Influenced by the Heart Flame, it couldn't transfer the damage using Power of Root in time, almost causing its carrot head to explode.
The intense fear of death spread through the carrot spirit's heart, making it want to flee, but the more it feared, the more vigorously the Heart Flame burned on it, and the more it burned, the more painful and fearful it became.
In this vicious cycle, the Heart Flame soon burned through the carrot spirit's will barrier, leaving it lying motionless on the ground.
Wu Chang stepped to the carrot spirit's head, took out the "Mind Resonance" about to leave the scene due to acquiring the Heart Flame, and spoke to himself.
"Whether you can survive depends on your luck."
With that, he activated Mind Resonance, attempting to perform spiritual control on the carrot spirit.
