A golden hand extended from Roy's right shoulder, reaching toward the heavens like a colossal claw. Golden liquid flowed endlessly across the massive hand, radiating brilliance, while an aura of profound mystery emanated from it. Resembling both a dragon's claw and a divine hand, its five fingers spread wide, pointing directly at the Heretic Gods before him.
The Great Sage Equaling Heaven and the Eastern God of War had both seen this Sacred Right before. Yet, even so, when they beheld this indescribably magnificent hand once more, their expressions filled with awe. Susanoo's face paled as he stared incredulously at the golden right hand, his lips trembling as he muttered something under his breath.
But it was Michael and Metatron's actions that truly shocked everyone. When Roy summoned his Holy Right Hand, their expressions shifted from surprise to horror, then finally to reverence and piety. These two Heretic Gods, who should have broken free from their myths and no longer be bound by them, simultaneously knelt down.
They prostrated themselves before Roy—or rather, his right hand—chanting sacred angelic hymns: "...Holy, holy, Lord of Hosts, His glory fills heaven and earth; holy, holy, Lord of 30,000 Hosts, His glory shines upon the land!"
The actions of these two Heretic Gods stirred something in Roy, making him wonder if this right hand of his truly was the 'Hand of God.'
Yet calling it the 'Hand of God' wouldn't be entirely wrong. Its power was so unfathomable that it could only be described as miraculous. In the past, Roy had referred to it as the 'Hand That Shatters the Cosmos'—not as an exaggeration, but as a simple statement of fact.
The reason Roy couldn't fully wield this hand's power was simply because he lacked the strength and the knowledge to command this 'miracle of Christianity.' From what he had discerned so far, he was certain it possessed at least the might of a Magic God.
As for whether this right hand's full power corresponded to '8=3' or '9=2,' that was beyond Roy's current comprehension.
If this truly was the 'Right Hand of God,' then its immense power would make sense. But if it really was the 'Right Hand of God,' why had it manifested within him?
Roy began to feel puzzled. He was certain this right hand had awakened after he comprehended Aleister Crowley's Book of 777, gaining enlightenment into the full miracles of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and the Qliphothic Tree of Evil.
Roy once believed that this right hand was his own power, an intrinsic ability drawn forth by the Book of 777. But now, he began to doubt—could it be that this right hand was never truly his?
Though filled with questions, Roy wasn't the type to agonize over such things. Whether this right hand was his own power or something else entirely, it didn't matter. Right now, the Holy Right Hand obeyed his will flawlessly, and all its abilities belonged to him. Therefore, this right hand was his!
The momentary confusion in his eyes cleared. Roy let out a self-deprecating chuckle, his expression settling back into calm composure. The Holy Right Hand resting on his shoulder flexed slightly, ready to annihilate all the Heretic Gods before him in a single strike.
The Holy Right Hand was not an Authority. Even after multiple Spiritual Origin Ascensions, its restrictions remained unbroken. Roy could still only use it once every seven days—the number seven, fittingly, aligned with the sacred numerology of Christianity.
Roy suspected that to fully lift the right hand's limitations, he might truly need to comprehend the scriptures and doctrines of Christianity—perhaps even become a believer himself. After all, the power of this hand stemmed from the Bible, not the Buddhist Sutras or Daoist Texts!
And precisely because the right hand still had its constraints, even if Roy could wield the Holy Right Hand against the Last King, he wouldn't. His enemies weren't just the Last King—there was also the God of Fate. Roy had to allocate his strength wisely to eliminate both foes in one decisive move.
After kneeling in prayer, Michael and Metatron—though belonging to different religions, both were angels of the Abrahamic faith, worshippers of Yahweh—voluntarily severed the threads of the God of Fate's spindle. Then, like scattered stardust, the two Heretic Gods dissipated into the heavens, bowing reverently to Roy's right hand as they vanished.
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven and the Eastern God of War had witnessed the power of this right hand. Even if they hadn't already lost the will to fight Roy, they knew defeating this hand was impossible. Like Michael and Metatron, they too severed their own threads of fate and returned to myth.
Before leaving, the youthful God of War waved at Roy with a grin. "...Farewell, Roy Crowley! We'll meet again someday. Next time, I'll face you as a challenger—the Undefeated God of War has no desire to taste defeat twice!"
In the blink of an eye, the God of Fate's domain was emptied of all summoned Heretic Gods—except one. Susanoo-no-Mikoto's expression darkened with uncertainty.
But this Susanoo was not the timid recluse who had hidden in the Netherworld for millennia. He was the Steel God who had wandered the earth, one of the Three Noble Children of Takamagahara. With a bitter laugh, he shook his head and called out to Roy, "...I thought this time, I could avenge that sword strike from before. Never imagined it would end like this! Demon King, may your martial fortune blaze eternal!!!"
Then, the Steel God and Storms followed his fellow Heretic Gods back into myth.
"Hmph. Worthy of the Susanoo recorded in the Kojiki, the one who slew Yamata-no-Orochi. Finally, he shows some semblance of a true hero."
Roy chuckled softly, his impression of Susanoo-no-Mikoto improving somewhat.
His gaze shifted back to the God of Fate.
This deity, devoid of self-awareness and merely a specialized divine entity, likely couldn't comprehend the current situation at all. Seeing the Heretic God it had summoned return to mythology, it immediately prepared to activate its sole Authority again, attempting to summon the Heretic God once more.
"It's useless. Those Heretic Gods won't respond to this 'bond' anymore."
Roy watched with amusement as the God of Fate radiated divine power. No matter how it tried to activate its Authority, it simply couldn't succeed.
"Ah, there's no point explaining anything to you since you wouldn't understand. You only have this one ability after all. Honestly, you're probably the easiest opponent I've ever had to deal with."
The God of Fate only summons former enemies through 'fate,' meaning this was the deity's full power. In an instant, Roy's Holy Right Hand measured its maximum output and obtained the strength to defeat it.
With a casual flick of his right hand, Roy unleashed a dazzling golden radiance that filled heaven and earth. Before this overwhelming might, the entire Divine Realm of Fate—along with the God of Fate itself—collapsed in an instant!
