FLOODING CHAMBER Location the Horror Dungeon Area 6; Boss Area: Grand Viewing Hall
As the guys, watched the Boss get back on her feet. She shrieked again. Gyutaro yelled in annoyed pain, "Fuck!! Not again!!!" Instead of attacking them, she ran passed them. Standing on top of where the Atlas statue, once stood. As the effect of the latest shriek was waining, they turned to see where the Big Sister was standing. Looking at the viewing glass, that oversees the open ocean. Lifting her left arm. Issei face showed clear nervousness. As he'd realized, what the Boss was about to do. Flood the place. Turning to Laharl, that already started to cast a spell. As Issei erged to Laharl-senpai to hurry up. Laharl responded, "I know Issei!! Give me a minute!!!" Meanwhile the Boss, using her psychic plasmid power, she was putting pressure on the viewing glass. The sounds of metal giving way, and the reinforced glass, straining against the pull. Just added to Gyutaro, and Issei's anxiety. Then cracks started to form of the glass, seawater started dripping through. Followed by larger cracks, and small holes forming in the glass. Pouring in more seawater!! Then the glass finally shatter, almost completely. As the room started to fill with seawater. But Laharl managed to cast the underwater breathing spell, as they were swallowed by the water. The viewing room, was fully flooded. The only one in the room, that was comfortable was the Big Sister. Swimming in the room, without issues. Turning her red glowing gaze, at the devils. Her drill whirling again. Like a torpedo, she'd blasted forwards, through the waters. Going straight for Issei. That still hasn't gotten his center. Ddraig, yelled at his partner, "Heads up!!" Issei looked up, to see the Big Sister was just about to run him through.
Still not used to underwater fighting. He did what, he'd thought was best. Crossing his arms, with the Boosted Gear, right in front. Guarding himself. As the Boss, pierced and drilling through Issei's aura. Groaning as sparks, fizzled through the seawater. Ren that managed to gain his center, floating in higher level of the room. Saw Issei in trouble. Swimming quickly to any surface. He'd placed his feet on the wall, and aiming his StormFlower at the Boss. Ren, he pushed himself off the wall, rushing forward through the water. Once in a good distance, Ren started firing at the Boss. Hitting the Big Sister. Earning the Boss' attention. Ren was already on her, as he'd tackled the Big Sister. Getting her off of Issei, as Ren started slashing and stabbing his sickle-smgs at her. Issei spun back, from the lack force against him, taking a moment to steady himself. Seeing that Ren, was fighting and wrestling against the Big Sister. Issei swam to them to help his buddy. Meanwhile Gyutaro, Kiba, Ranma, and Laharl they finally stable themselves. Noticing that Ren and the Big Sister, were locked in battle. And Issei was swimming over to help Ren. Now able to breathe without issue, they swam over to help the guys out. Ren slice across of the Big Sister, in return she'd actually smashed her helm head. Forcing Ren off of herself. Her drill, started whirling. But before she can attack, the floating Ren. Issei reached her. Throwing a heavy right cross, across the diver helmet head of the Big Sister. Making her spin across the water, Issei didn't stop. Throwing more punches, and a couple of kicks. Letting Ren getting steady, seeing Issei fighting against the Boss. Then Gyutaro reached the fight. With Ren aiding the assault, against the Boss. Gyutaro, he started slashing away at the Big Sister. Regardless the power and speed in his attacks, Gyutaro was limited. His blood can't fully be effective underwater. But it wasn't just Gyutaro. He and the others, they can't use their bigger techniques, and attacks, while underwater. Meaning that the devils, they are focused on close-up fighting. But this also worked against the Boss. While she is faster, and more agile underwater. She can't used her ice, fire, and lightning powers, leaving her to only fight with her drill or use telekinesis. Laharl and Kiba they slashed at the Boss, immediately upon reaching the Big Sister. Laharl's Vritra Zanbato Fury, extremely effective against the Boss. Burning and draining the Boss, as Ranma reached them. Swimming straight at the Big Sister, throwing a vicious knee strike at her. Making the Big Sister groan in pain. Everyone piled on, at the Boss. Not letting any chance to breathe, so she'd instead blasted them all away. Using a telekinetic shockwave. Didn't cause much damage, but in a underwater room, with little resistance in force. They were pushed back, like ragdolls. So she'd tried to fall back, only for Laharl to react. Stretching out his scarf, catching the Big Sister's leg. With a strong pull, he pulled the Big Sister towards him. Surprising the Boss. Once close enough, Laharl stabbed his sword into the Big Sister's right leg. She'd let out a loud shriek...utterly agonizing. Underwater, sound can be amplified. And Laharl was the closest to the sonic shockwave, that the Boss just released. Gritting his teeth, tighting the grip on his Vritra Zanbato Fury's handle. He'd used Flare-Up, while the blade was still in the leg of the Big Sister.
TAKING OUT THE SIXTH BOSS Laharl's action caused more damage to the Boss. So she stopped her shriek, instead walling in discomfortable pain. The Big Sister, started whirling her drill. Ready to drill at Laharl. But with her stopping her shriek, it allowed Kiba to attack. His sword raised, and using his Blade Rush Varient. Aiming straight at the drill arm of the Big Sister, slashing at her. In a trail of bubble, which soon turn blood red. As Kiba, rushed pass the Boss and Laharl. The Big Sister's drill arm, started floating down. It's weight pulling down to the bottom of the flooded room. Laharl smirked. Glaring over at Kiba, thanking him. Kiba, he nodded. As he continued his rush, until he could regain his balance to go back, and help his senpai. Gyutaro having recovered. He was swimming over to back-up Laharl-nii. Laharl used another Flare-Up, as cursed purple colored flames, burst out the leg of the Big Sister. Unble to attack. She used her telekinesis to blast Laharl back, but this worked against her. Laharl didn't release his scarf hold on her, so when she blasted him back, Laharl pulled the Big Sister along. Laharl couldn't help but say, "Nice try bitch!!" Laharl he looked passed the Boss, as Gyutaro with his teeth gleaming. And his kamas ready, as he swam...as best he could to reach the Big Sister. Laharl decided to help his friend, and in-law. Unwrapping his scarf, just as the Boss was in range, Laharl yelled out, "Head's up, Gyutaro!!" as he kicked the Boss at Gyutaro. Gyutaro's frown, turned to a smile. Spreading his sickles, Gyutaro started slashing at the Boss again. As she was utterly defenseless against Gyutaro's assault. Then he'd used one of his techniques, specifically one that was fast, close range, and powerful. As his veins bulged, and burst.Gyutaro said out loud his technique, "Blood Demon Art: Rampant Arc Rampage!!!" Gyutaro, he started flailing around his kamas. In a haphazardly manner, and creating a dome of sickle-shaped blades of blood around him. Causing massive amount of damage. As she was completely in Gyutaro's mercy, as Ranma and Issei were on their way. Ren stayed back, swimming around to get a better shot, against the Boss. Gyutaro's Rampant Arc Rampage, has ceased and stained the water red. Ranma swam in. Connecting a punch at the Big Sister's head, with Gyutaro following it up with sickle slashes. The Saotome heir, swoop in again. Channeling his cat-ki, through his body and on to his right arm. He'd prepared to unleash his Phantom Cat Claw. A swipe of his hand, released a pinkish-magenta ki claw slash. That slash cut deep into the Boss, making her float a bit weakly on the water.
Issei took advantage on the situation. Swimming in to attack. Ddraig yelling, "Boost" over and over, his gauntlet covered fist glowing in charging power. Breaking through the eleven limit, and reaching twelve boosts. His fist bursting in a scarlet energy. Punching the Big Sister. A massive burst of energy, blasting her straight onto the floor. Crashing against the impact. As she was finally taken down. Floating limply on the water...with that in awkward manner, Issei pumped his fist in victory. The guys congratulated each other, as this Boss while...not entirely hard, the fight itself was. From the Boss floating body, came a massive amount of exp-drops. Red, blue, orange, yellow, and white floating orbs. They'll swam down, and absorbed the exp-drops. Laharl he looked at the Boss, and decided to collect the Big Sister's body, and drill. He can give the poor girl, a proper burial and keep the armor and gear for collecting. Ren called out to the guys, as he'd got the others' attention and pointed to the ruined remains of the Atlas Statue. At what was the base of the statue. The waypoint was there, glowing and floating just above the floor. Ren asked the guys, if they want to continue. Gyutaro was up for it, especially since this is the last area of Horror Dungeon. Ranma was pumped. After a good fight, he's always up for more. Laharl shivered at the thought of him, against Baki, or Ohma, or Big-G. forbid Yujiro. As one of the worlds, that their planning to go in their multiverse vacation is the Baki-Kengan-Strike Star verse. Three different fighting based worlds, mixed together and it's canon. Laharl was okay with continuing, Issei felt the same. Kiba who just regrouped with the guys, he was also ready to go. It's unanimous. So with that they swam over to the waypoint, and onto the next and final area of the Horror Dungeon.
FINAL HORROR...RIGHT? Location the Horror Dungeon Final Area
Suddenly from a underwater, ruined, steampunk city. The devils, they appeared...in Heaven. Kiba, immediately freaked out. Thinking that they'll suffer the effects of light and holy affliction. But after Laharl noticed they weren't in immediately pain, and this place... Looks more heavenly, then Heaven back home. He took a step forward, the glistening, marble floor. With clouds, radiant light, beautiful lawn scones with pink flowers, and some...vines that should be apart of Eden, wrapped around pillars. He'd remembered one game. Just one, that is technically horror adjacent and has a dungeon in it that depicts Heaven. Through the eyes of a child. Laharl was thinking of Nanako's Heaven, from Persona 4. Until the fifth installment of that series, the fourth game was his most favorite. Since they'd fixed at lot of issues from the previous entree. Whatever the reason, Laharl calmed down Kiba. Before he'd freaked the others out, and told them where they'd might be. Explaining that their most likely in a dungeon, from the Persona 4 game. And the brief backstory of this Heaven, especially since he'd did say this Heaven is way more heavenly than any other... Well with the exception of All Dogs Go to Heaven version. This calmed down Kiba, and he'd asked Laharl if he knows what kind of enemies, and the Boss of this place. From shadows like the Perpetual Sands, Finnicky Papillions, and more, since this a late stage dungeon. It be obvious it'll have a abundance of enemies, for them to deal with. As for the Boss... The soo called savior, Taro Namatame. Thanks partly to Tohru Adachi, he believed what he was doing was the right thing when he discovered he could throw people into the Midnight Channel. Leading to the murders of Inaba, and the main focus on the game, searching for a killer, and stopping his delusional actions. Taro became Kunino-sagiri. One of the Gods, responsible for the supernatural happenings in Inaba. Issei was hooked immediately, so was Ren, and Kiba. Before they'd asked, Laharl sighed and said, "Yes I have the game, I also have the third, and fifth. As well as many Shin Megumi spin-offs. I'll give a copy, and I'll even give you a copy of the Anime and Movies. But can we focus here?" They nodded, all pimped to play the games. He knows already, that Issei is gonna drool on the waifus in those game...as well as the Persona and Demons one can collect. Then he'd laughed. Imagining Issei getting the Harem, in the fifth installment. Only for them to corner him, in that infamous scene. He'd utterly disliked, that Persona that always let a player had a harem, without consequences, decided on their latest and greatest installment. Just say FU, to the player, and forced the player into one or maybe three relationships. And that still with risk, that you'll get caught as a multi-timer. Laharl sighed, and only hope that once P6 comes, they take away that stupid consequence. But right now, they have a dungeon to finish and conquer. So with that, they started heading in the final area of the Horror Dungeon...
