FIRST HORROR BOSS DOWN Location the Horror Dungeon Area 1, Boss Area: Grand Hall-Ground Floor
Kiba was still slashing away at the Doll Golem. Ranma empowered by his cat-ki, was blitzing around the second floor, grand hall. Striking at the Boss, with super-powered blows, and cat claw swip, made from ki energy. Ren is firing his sickle-smgs, and Laharl started firing dark projectiles, his Dark Bolts. Exploding off the form of the Doll Golem. This allowed Issei to finally have enough time. For the cooldown of the Boost to be done. Once again, Issei stacked up to nine boosts again. Rushing forward, with Ranma giving him a assist. Throwing Issei straight at the Boss. With his fist pulled back, surging with red draconian aura. Delivering a brutal punch. Breaking through the body of the Doll Golem. Blood splattered out. As Issei guantlet equipped fist, broke through and smashed the doll head, inside the body of the Boss. Destroying the "core" of the Doll Golem. Critical damage. A killing blow, the Boss shuke. Started breaking apart, in junk and gore. Issei, was covered in gore, as he fell onto the floor. Disgusted. He wiped blood off his eyes, and clothes. Ren had a revolted look. Ranma, and Kiba were shaking their heads, and laughed a little. Ranma even joked, "Well your now...blooded, aren't you Issei" laughing at the end. Issei, looked at the guys, clearly annoyed. Laharl landed. He retracted his wings, and his scarf reverted to normal. Laharl, walked over to Issei. While he wasn't a magic specialist, like Raven, Kneesocks, Albedo, or in the future Gwen. Laharl used his devil imagination magic, and conjured a massive amount of water. Pouring it over Issei. He'd yelled, "That's cold!!", Laharl said sarcastically, "Ohh sorry man. Want me to warm up, a magic spell?" Issei did something that he'd never did in canon, the Red Dragon Emperor, he flicked Laharl and the other guys that are laughing. As the spell ended, and from blood soaked mess, Issei turned into a damp towel. Laharl, then turned to Ren, being the most experienced with Aura. Told him to unlock, Issei's aura. Once done, they'll collect the exp-drops. Speaking of that, the Boss released a massive amount exp, from red, purple, green, and white. This meant that Issei, Kiba, Ren, and maybe Ranma too. Were about to get several level-ups. As Laharl thought about this, he along with Ranma, and Kiba were shocked a massive magical force, behind them. Turning to the source, it was Issei and Ren. Ren having just unlocked Issei's aura, and was shocked by the amount of power within Issei's soul. Issei's body was coated, in a bright ruby red colored aura, soo bright and intense. It even dwarfed that scene from RWBY, when Pyrah unlocked Jaune's aura... Then Laharl thought, "Thank Big G, I destroyed that canon, Pyrah alive and Jaune a background character.", seems unlocking Issei aura was greatly beneficial to him. Then the Boosted Gear, shun bright. Transforming. Expanding up Issei's arm, almost reaching his elbow. Layers of red metal, like dragon scales spread across the Sacred Gear, along with more golden, sharp spikes of the edges. The green jewel on the back, became more vibrant, but the biggest change. It's that golden knuckle spikes, and claw-tips have manifested on the Boosted Gear. Seems that it went through a special mutation varient. Exclusive to Issei, who by now can handle magic. Laharl, and the others, after getting rid of their initial shock.
They congratulated Issei on the massive gains. Laharl walked over to Issei. Telling him, that before they go absorb the exp-drops. He'll help Issei use magic. Specifically fire magic, fitting for a red dragon like Ddraig. Which excited Issei. As Laharl focused using his devil mind magic, transferring the knowledge of the usage of fire magic. Immediately Issei's hand burst in magical fire. Burning brightly in his left, gloved hand. He was smiling, as he finally could do magic, aside from basics like teleportation circles, or communication magic. With that the guys, went to the exp-drops. Just like Laharl expected, Ren, Kiba, Issei, and Ranma gained some level-ups. Laharl, smiled, started looking around. Searching for the waypoint to the next area. The only a set of antique, massive doors. Since that is the only way out, the waypoint must be on the other side. Laharl told the guys to follow. Once at the door, Ranma decided to open them...via a kick. Right at the end of the hallway, a whitish-blue, and blue ring floating at the end of the hall. Laharl, pointed his Vritra Zanbato Fury forward. Explaining that the waypoint is the way to the next area of this dungeon, everyone excited they walked over to proceed. And maybe the next level will explain, what's the theme is of this dungeon to Laharl.
DINO CRISIS Location the Horror Dungeon Area 2
After they went through the waypoint and choosing to proceed. They banished in a flash of light, and reappearing in a...lab. Somekind of facility, looks normal, with the moonlight of night, shining through the windows. Laharl saw the silhouettes of trees, and more. That's when he saw a shadow of a flying creature. With large wings, a beak and sail on the back. A freaking dinosaur!! Specifically a Pteranodon, that when he realized that their in a dungeon area, based of Dino Crisis. Laharl sighed with a bit of annoyance. As he'd finally understood the theme of this dungeon. Which was kinda of a slap on the face to him. The damned dungeon's original entrance, it was in Rias' Occult Research Clubhouse. It practically shouting the theme, this is a damned horror game based dungeon. Before he could tell the other, they'd heard some growling. Coming from the end of the hallway, barely lite. As a couple of saurian reptiles came into view. Growling showing off their fangs and claws with deadly glim. These are blue colored velociraptors, also known as Blue Raptors. From Dino Crisis. Both Ranma and Issei were starstruck. Something that Laharl understood. If not robots, dinosaurs are one of men's passion, throughout childhood and adulthood. Then Laharl looked at Kiba. He understood Ren, his world don't have dinosaurs, but monsters...better said had monsters. While Kiba, he was cool and calm, but Laharl he noticed that Kiba was trembling a bit. Seems he desperately trying to keep his calm persona. Laharl wanted to laugh. But he snapped the guys out of their admiration. As he pointed out, that blue raptors, are ready to rush. Issei stood forward, wanting to test his new magical capability. Rising his hands, as they ignited in flames. Then to Laharl and the others' surprise. Issei used a boost, powering up his magic. As he started throwing and shooting fireballs, at the charging blue raptors. Issei, even came up with a name for this spell. Fireball. The blue raptors, upon sensing the upcoming heat.
They tried to break. But their claws, and talons scrapped on the tiled floor. Regardless it was a futile attempt to avoid the upcoming fire. Hitting the Blue Raptors, with several fireballs. Making them shriek, and roar out in pain. Issei's barrage, causing a lot of damage on the dinosaurs. Eventually taking them down, as they let out a death-shriek, dropping dead. Some burns on the blue raptors. Only because of Issei's boosted onslaught, dinosaurs quite susceptible to fire damage. The raptors, left behind blue and green exp-drops. Laharl, he walked over and congratulated Issei for his growth. Now they absorb the exp, level-up some of the guys speed stat. As Laharl stored away the dinosaurs. Now that they have some time of peace. Laharl, explained that their most likely a horror game themed dungeon, so they should expect some blood, and horrible monsters. Then he told the guys, about the place that they are. Basically the area that their, in now is a horror survival game, called Dino Crisis. A classic, and Laharl felt that once he is back home. He should replay the first and second games, as the third...that's a shitshow, and insult to good games. Regardless the main plot of Dino Crisis, some crazy scientists...which Ranma commented, sarcastically, "Big shock...". Making Laharl, and the other chuckle a bit. So he continued explaining, that those scientists managed to discover time travel. Creating a time anomaly. Pulling the research site, into time bubble. Allowing dinosaurs from the past, to enter the facility. Issei, Ren, and Ranma are actually intrigued. Even asking Laharl if he'd has the game. Laharl smiled, nodding and also saying he has the sequel as well. Making them excited. Laharl, he promised that once they conquer the Horror Dungeon, they'll have a gaming marathon of classics. Which includes Dino Crisis. But now they have to go on. Walking forward through the research facility, Issei had a idea. Asking, "Can we capture one of these dinos? I mean come on, who wouldn't want a dinosaurs for a pet!!?" the guys couldn't refute. Heck Laharl was making a giant aquarium for his future collection of aquatic creature. If this dungeon, followed like the Oasis Dungeon, the fourth area is directly a Boss fight.
If one of the rewards was keeping a special enclosure for monsters. He'd come back here, just to collect dinosaurs. Then do the same in other dungeon area for his most favorite monsters. But that wasn't important at the moment. Laharl, even took the time to tell Issei, that it isn't that he's wrong. Is that they don't have anywhere to put those dinos in. This sour his mood a bit, but he'd understood. As they continued on. They entered a large workspace, filled with tables, old computers, blood and scattered files. As they walked deeper into the room, a crash from the other door. Dinosaurs came into the room. Coming in were more blue raptors, and green skinned one. In Dino Crisis there just called Velociraptors. A common enemy in the game. Ren and Kiba charged at the two type of raptors. Kiba cleaving through a velociraptor, and beheading a blue raptors with his sword. While Ren with absolute fluidity, weaved through the swips and bites of the raptors. Slashing his sickle-smgs, at vital spots. Taking out a couple of raptors, with great speed. The two devils quickly took out the enemies. Barely sweating. Laharl, and Ranma walk over to Kiba and Ren. Offering a open hand, and high five the guys. Issei he complimented them, blue, green, and cyan exp-drops remained with the bodies. They absorbed the exp-drops. Immediately the guys, mind and accuracy soared in level. As the guys cheered, feeling a lot stronger thAn before. Laharl took the bodies of the raptors. Storing them away in his scarf-storage. They continued walking through the workplace. As deeper they'd went into the facility. Finding more and more damaged walls, scrambled notes, and blood stains. As the went through this clearly abandoned research facility, while walking through a area with large windows. Something burst through them. It was a some pteranodons, shrieking and flapping around the wide area. Laharl, decided to end them quickly. As flying enemies, especially in such a fragile space, are a huge pain. Since the facility itself worked against the devils. Their bigger attacks, and techniques, could cause the power core to overload, screwing them. Or slightly less of a issue, but still a pain to deal with. Make bigger holes, for various dinos, come flooding into the facility. It's most likely that the notorious, and persistent T-Rex of Dino Crisis. Is gonna be the Boss of the area. But Laharl has noticed, that there's a lack of loud stomping, like the game usual does to alert that the T-Rex is near... Not that Laharl really cared, stretching out his scarf. He caught one of the flying dinosaurs, slamming it down onto the hard floor. Most likely grounding it permanently. As he released the first pteranodon, he leap onto the air. Slashing down his massive, Vritra Zanbato Fury, cutting off the wing of another pteranodon. Then as a another of these flier, shrieked and swooped at Laharl. He smiled, spun himself whilst in mid-air. Dodging the beak attack, and beheading the last pteranodon in one motion. Laharl, landed to see Kiba and Issei take out the two other pteranodons, that Laharl has crippled. Instead of going for the kill, for this reason exactly. As the pteranodons bodies, emerged blue, cyan, and red colored exp. Seems this area of the Horror Dungeon, as Laharl has decided to call it. The main exp that is gained, and valued is blue. Which make sense, dinosaurs are soo fucking fast. As they absorbed the exp, and stored away the new dinos, they pressed on. Since there's still a bit to the helipad area, which is most likely the Boss' area of this level.
