At that moment, upon hearing what Mark had just said, a tense silence filled the hospital room. Everyone's eyes were on Zakaria Jr., the eldest son, as he slowly inhaled and exhaled, his chest visibly rising and falling. The weight of the moment rested heavily on his shoulders. He looked down at his father lying on the bed, frail and motionless, then turned back to Mark.

"Well," Zakaria Jr. finally said, his voice low and tired, "no problem then. Since she's coming from you, Mr. Mark, we have no reason to raise an eyebrow. We know you wouldn't bring just anyone here, especially not in this condition."

But just as he finished speaking, another voice cut in louder, sharper, and filled with concern.

It was his father's younger brother.

"I strongly disagree," his uncle snapped, stepping forward.
