'Well are the two of you just going to keep on looking at each other or will you finally get off the ground.' Jarren's words flat making the two jolt to their feet. They looked around thinking that he was close by but failing to sense anyone, they could only keep on heeding.
Callista took over once more. 'The two of us will be playing a game and you two will have to be our pawns. The name is something that is quite easy for you brutes to understand. Don't die.' Her words sharp that made the man's face darken. "Oh, an attitude? I'm going to love wearing you down Dargath.'
His name given as if sighing a new toy for her to break. 'Let's see the limits you have for me to break Seryn.' Jarren posed playfully as his smile past the veil of reality darkened.
The two clutched their heads in unison as they heard the buzzes echo through their minds.
[{Congratulations on being nothing more than pawns in someone else's game Dargath and Seryn.}]
The words making their face portray their disgust. From here the notifications the two saw differed.
[{Now Callista wishes for a slow and agonizing means to wear you down thus let's take this bluntly. Here}]
*Ding*
An axe that materialized out of thin air fell to his feet glimmering in the sun's rays.
[{An axe fitting for your purpose. You will do nothing more than be a brute powerhouse so you'll be required to develop on your body and strength}]
Dargath who had to voice his own thoughts was taken by surprise. 'What?! Who do these humans think they are for them to boss me like this?!' He couldn't help but wonder unaware that his resistance made the game all the more enjoyable for Callista above.
[{Jarren isn't that interested in watching you break but grow into something that he can command at a whim. However he wishes for you to keep your existence a secret thus you'll have to be his personal assassin}]
*Ding*
A dagger flashed out of the veil of reality and fell to her feet. It didn't glimmer like Dargath's battle axe however it's potency wasn't meant to be taken lightly
[{A dagger meant to pierce the night and slit the throats he asks for you}]
She picked it up, admiring the design of it. It's edge gave a faint green menacing glow, it's hilt nothing more than ordinary and yet something deep inside her seemed to resonate with the dagger.
[{Congratulations. Now as a perk Jarren has given you, you will be immune to all poisons be it artificial or natural}]
[{Bonus perk: Once selecting an enemy, killing the aforementioned target will instantly relieve you of any fatigue or injury incurred. Target selected can only be one at a time}]
She flashed a smile, elated with this before seeing the next message that wiped he grin clean off her face.
[{However due to your lacking physical prowess at the time, you can use the skill overtime to triple your efficiency at the cost of incurring obedience points. Accumulate too much and your will no longer be yours.}]
[{Obedience points meter: 5}]
As for Dargath, the message was completely different.
[{Congratulations. Now your perk would be that you can reflect the weight of a punch landed on your figure. Provided that it doesn't kill you and your body can wield it then you should be able to send it back to the assailant. This applies to other means of attacks as well}]
[{Bonus perk: Any punch that won't kill you in one hit will won't do any significant damage to you. The pain felt won't be negated}]
The game they were about to be a part of took them by surprise and rightfully so. 'Do you think that this was too much? What if they don't play the way I want them to?' Callista posed with a furrow on her brows. "I'm sure that they should be fine. Besides there are more pawns on the table should they be lacking."
She let out a giggle that rippled through logic itself almost tearing it completely sending the third dimensional plane to shamble.
*Ding*
[{First mission: Find some clothes to wear.}]
[{The rightful completion of this task will spare your lives. Time limit is twenty four hours}]
A timer flashed to the side ticking down. The voices in their heads fell silent, watching what the two would do. "Sssser..Seryn?" Dargath finally posed, his words unclear. She looked at him, her face startled. "Y-es" She retorted, equally challenged as he was. With it being their first time new to speaking rather than mindless grunts, it was a hard.
The two looked at each of their bodies, well defined for Dargath and curvy for Seryn to which they masked their privates with their hands. "Gah!" Once before the shame lacking was now a curse for the two as they recalled there entire lives had been as such. The two made their way to the foliage and scrambled to find something that would mask their stark bodies.
As for those who watched in the realms above, they chuckled at their shame. "It's so adorable for them to act in such a way. Makes me reconsider what I'm about to do to them." Jarren let out a low chuckle. "I'm sure that you would do it regardless of what they did."
She didn't bother refuting his words but let out a smile. "I wonder whether she'll be the same as them or different?" Jarren landed a kiss on her forehead, their bodies intertwined in the sheets. "It won't be that different, only more adorable is all." Her index lazily swirled on his chest, her mind drifting elsewhere.
"What about the mother? What should we do with her?" Jarren didn't give an answer, letting the silence speak for him. Recalling their new toys, an insidious curl came about on her lips. "Oh my! You really do have such a dirty mind dear. It would be best for you to have it cleansed by Guinevere." Jarren pinched her cheeks making her let out a cute yelp.
"Hah! Don't be so rough!" She cried trying to soothe her cheek. Jarren however callous went on with his game as he slid his hands into the sheets eliciting another yelp from Callista. "Anhh~ Jarren!" Her words only driving him more as his figure disappeared into the sheets.
It wasn't long before her moans filled the room. Her body coiled, her lower lip running crimson with how hard she bit it. "Jarren ~~Please don't stop~" Her words slurred with lust, her mind growing less clear with each flick of his fingers. "It would seem that you're ready for another round." His voice low and husky further driving her over the edge.
"Of course. I would never deny my darling." Her muses clarifying her anticipation of what was to come. Jarren wasn't a man to deny her of what she craved as the two sunk into their depraved games once more.

"That should be the wall fixed up!" A guard mused, his figure bathed in sweat as he inspected his work with a smile on his face. Glancing side to side, his friends chimed in. "Let's hope that we don't get to see a swarm like that again. If so then I'm not sure what we could do."
Their voice portraying their worry. "I heard that reinforcements should be on the way. " Another added easing the mood. With a groan, the man sat next to his accomplices and dug into his meal. "Hey! Who took my steak serving!" The man began a protest casting deadly glares at his comrades.
"With such an arduous task at hand, the required energy is hard to come by and given that you hadn't done much, giving a share of your food would be fitting, don't you think?" The one who said so was met with a kick. Not hard to be an issue but not light either. "You dogs! I leave my meal and this is the thanks I get?!'
Gesturing at his plate, the man rose to his feet now skeptical of the rest. "There's no need to be so worked up. After all I'm sure that your wife should prepare you a warm and relaxing meal this evening." Another posed, his mouth full which served to infuriate the former.
"For those who dared to take a slice of my serving, I'm sure that you won't make it to the end of the day without something horrid coming to you." His curses taken lightly by the rest who kept on digging into their meal. "What's next? Those who didn't dare give you a complement to choke and die?" Another playfully added.
"Gah!" Right on cue one began to choke, foam forming on their mouth making the rest pause in fear. "Wait! What?!" The one who had joked before now felt a cold shiver run down his spine. "The foam on his mouth...it would seem that he was poisoned!" The crowd went into a frenzy, unsure of whether they would meet the same fate.
Before they cold focus on the matter, they heard a faint snarl in the distance and a glance, their bodies eased up seeing that it was nothing more than a single goblin. "It's just one goblin, it won't be that difficult to take it down." An archer posed as he picked up his bow taking sight of the damned creature.
*Thud*
The creature fell as expected with little to no ease however most didn't focus on this still concerned with the laced food. "What?! I can't sense anything wrong with the food! It would seem that the poison is of a higher caliber." The words making the men wonder. 'What kind of person would waste resources into killing them. Given that they were executing such an important task, it was clear that the one behind it wasn't simple.'
As if like clockwork most of them thought of Jarren and Callista however with more questions, the notion didn't last long. 'If they wanted to kill us then why would they use poison to end them while they could do it with a wave of their hands.' A few more minutes and most realized that it would have to be an external figure in the matter.
"Gah!" Another clutched their throat and met their end. "Time is no on our side! Quick have someone inform the inspector about this incident." Without delay a messenger was sent to the inspector's office. "Gah! Roar!" Another snarl filled their ears however this time their attention once fixated on the beast didn't waver.
"What kind of goblin is that?!" One posed seeing Dargath's approaching figure. In his hand an axe glimmered faintly with his eyes white with fury. The archer from before reached for his bow however before he could let go of the arrow, a dagger was embedded in his eye ending his life.
Exclaims of shock filled the air however the knights quickly recovered, now aware that they were under attack.
*Whoosh*
A barrage of bows and spears were thrown at Dargath who utilized the axe as a shield to cover his frame. For those that did graze his figure quickly healed in a matter of seconds. "What kind of atrocity is tha-?!" The one who spoke fell to the floor, his blood spilling all over the earth. Seryn who operated in the forest kept firing more arrows that with time grew ineffective.
As for Dargath who came to the walls, he leapt into the air taking the knights by surprise and managed to cross over. With a single swing, his axe managed to snuff out the lives of four.
*Whoosh-Whoosh-Whoosh*
Arrows laced with malcore buzzed through the air however their target didn't go down as quickly as they had anticipated. The arrows merely scarred his green flesh however none managed to take him down much less kill him. "Gagh!!!!!" Now infuriated with the pain that coursed through him, he went into a frenzy ending the lives of knights left and right.
Some bothered with shields which thanks to the axe were shattered with a swing. As for Seryn who was done on her end merely watched the battle ensue. Her dagger still embedded in the corpse would expose her figure failing her mission. 'Looks like I won't be getting it back now.' She sighed wondering when to get it however no window of opportunity presented itself.
