Lost in what appeared to be some kind of heated fantasy, Selena offered no resistance when Noel took her hand and confidently led her back toward the throne where Clarissa still stood.
There, instead of standing respectfully like a guest should before the head of this place, he sat directly on the throne with casual arrogance and pulled Selena to sit sideways on his lap, positioning her so she could lean against his chest as he said, "This seat is really comfortable... can't you give it to me, mother-in-law?"
Instead of answering though, Clarissa simply looked at the provocative scene of Noel sitting brazenly on her throne with her daughter, who seemed to be struggling against the impropriety but was actually enjoying the situation quite heavily.
