Yes, the main topic of this non-chapter, is in the name of the title of this note or notice, or whatever it is.
It something I been researching about.
After all, I need to know how Haki will works in Fairy Tail, and Haki might be… more deadly than any Slayer Magic in the canon.
But even so, can Haki conquer the seas known as Fairy Tail?
If you say yes, you are wrong.
And if you say no, you also wrong.
What?
How can you be right and wrong at the same time?
Simple my readers, the question is… what is the main factor behind the strength of most Haki welders?
And I am not talking about willpower itself.
That will be their already crazy level of physical bodies, the physical limits within One Piece are crazy.
Even without Haki, someone can be many times stronger, faster than a normal person could be. And yet… this also the very reason why Haki is useless in the world of Fairy Tail.
That is because, the physical limits of humans within Fairy Tail are link to their Magic Power.
Wizards will have a fraction of their Magic Power reserves strengthening their body at all times.
Making them more resistance, as well more physical stronger all times, as long they have Magic Power flowing within them.
Or least that is how I believe it is, and the setting of this fanfic will be when it comes to physical strength, speed, and durability in this fanfic.
And yet, Haki and Magic Power don't mix.
This is the reason why when Haki comes in contact with Magic Power, it will cancel out the magical effects of any Magic.
And also the reason, since physical abilities are link with how much Magic Power flows in the body of any Wizard.
That is why Haki is capable of weakening the physical strength of anyone it touches; however, do keep in mind, the weakening effects are complicated.
But I will explain how it works later on. And I also will explain why Haki is also very deadly in the world of Fairy Tail as well, since I got other things to explain here besides those two things.

Why can MC weld both Haki and Magic Power, when they are no different to oil and water?
Simple… our MC's body, or more like his bloodline has been altered to allowed both Haki and Magic Power to co-exist within him. One can say this is MC true cheat, and something that may or may not be explain in the fanfic at all.
This also means, yes, his children will also be able to use Haki alongside Magic as well.
And while Haki, or more like Haki Spiritual Arts can be passed on, but it be useless since a normal person wouldn't be able to strengthen their body beyond limits with just Haki.
After all, Haki empowers, not increases the physical limits.

Can Spiritual Power strengthen the limits of the body like Magic Power?
No clue, I am not that far ahead, but I imagine it can… but like I think I mention before, that wouldn't work, due to how Haki Spiritual Arts works.
It turns Spiria to Spiritual power, and then turns Spiritual Power to Haki itself, to a different source of power just like Spiritual Power and Magic Power, and like I said before, Haki doesn't increase the physical limits, but empowers it, making the reason why Haki is useless in Fairy Tail, unless you have a special bloodline like MC has.
Of course, if you were born in One Piece, and travels to Fairy Tail, that is a different story.

Why is Haki very deadly in Fairy Tail verse?
I think you can guess it; it has to do with the fact it can basically dismay anything that has a magical affect. Making it a bane to Wizards, and also… capable of slaying even Gods, Dragons, and other beings that cannot be harmed by Magic in Fairy Tail verse.
One has to know Dragon Slayer Magic itself, doesn't give a boost of power against Dragons. But it is a Magic system that passes the immunity Dragons has to the phenomenon behind Magic itself.
But even if you can remove that immunity that does not mean you can slay Dragons left and right, after all, Dragons, even the weakest among them, has extreme levels of resistance towards basically anything, making them hard to kill, even if you can pass their immunity.
This is the reason why Dragons are regarded as the strongest creatures in Fairy Tail, even if your Magic or attacks works on them, their resistance by itself is a cheat in itself
My point is, Haki can work like God Slayer, Dragon Slayer, Devil Slayer, and maybe even Titan Slayer Magic, as well any other Slayer type Magic in the canon or fanon.
Basically it is the actual All Slayer Magic if one think of it, since Haki can remove that immunity from such beings, but it cannot remove that resistance they naturally will have in their DNA.
That means, as long yourself are powerful user, you can defeat such beings. That if you are powerful enough, after all, according to my findings, even the final boss of the main canon of Fairy Tail, only can be hurt by the strongest Haki users in One Piece.
Meaning, while Whitebread or Rogers cannot slay the Arcane Dragon, they can wound him.

How does Haki affect the physical strength of others? And how it works?
I can imagine some already knew it, since Haki can mess with the flow of Magic Power, it only natural it can also weaken Wizards physically, if they were to be in contact with Haki, or more like Armament Haki.
But how much weaker a Wizard gets by being punched or touched by Haki, counts on may factors.
First factor is the distance between Haki and the other party Magic Power.
Second factor will be how long the welder of Haki holds someone with Magic Power.
And the final factor is unique Magic itself.
Just note, the weakening affect of Haki does to a Wizard is very small, it is the kind that is more effective longer Zack holds someone with Magic Power. And more Magic Power they have than Haki, slower this rate will be, and faster this rate will be as well, if Zack's Haki is more than their Magic Power capacity.
As of right now, Zack's level of Haki is B-Class.
This means, if Zack faces with someone with B-Class Magic Power, each punch he does to them with coated Haki, will weaken their physical ability by 0.1%.
Not a lot, it is barely noticeable, but do keep in mind that is per punch, not holding someone in place with Armament Haki.
Of course, the downside of holding someone with Magic Power with Haki, is Haki will run out faster that way.
And also another factor to keep in mind, how fast one will recovery their physical strength that has been affected by Haki.
In normal cases less than a second, another reason why it is barely noticeable that Haki weakens Wizards physically. However, longer Zack's held someone in place, slower they will recover their full physical ability.

One last thing I wanted to tell, is how Gildarts resisted Supreme King Haki dominating power.
If you think of it, it only naturally why it didn't work, or has little effect on Gildarts. It not just the crazy difference in power.
It has to do with the nature of Ethernano itself.
Remember, Ethernano is a form of positive energy. It heavily affected by the emotional state of the welder, making it empowered, or worse… incapable of being used.
It is that very reason, why Ethernano can have resistance or no resistance towards the dominating power behind Haki.
Because if their own determination and willingness is infused with their Magic Power, like most of the members of Fairy Tail are. They can resist the Supreme King Haki affecting them.
After all, when it comes to empowered Ethernano and the Conqueror's Haki, it will come down on two factors, the distance between Haki and Magic Power, as well whose will is stronger.
Or least that how I see it.
