'I shouldn't use Shave and Storm Leg one after the other…'
Zack thought, as he watches as the blade of wind, created by using the Rankyaku, that also can be refers as Storm Leg, slashing onto the Earth Wall, failing to slice the wall of earth in two.
To be honest, Zack's physical condition is nearly reaching the end of his limits.
It cannot be help, while the Six Styles doesn't use Magic Power nor Spiritual Power. It is very taxing on both stamina, as well the backlashes of using techniques, that goes passes human level of understandings.
This is why, by abusing Shave so many times when dealing with the Bandits, caused his legs to feel if they threating to rip apart, how numb they are becoming, but Zack pretended the achiness within his legs doesn't exist, knowing this is not the right place or time, to worry about such things.
Instead of worrying over such things, what Zack felt more then anything else, was both guilt and angry at this current situation.
Angry towards the darkish pink haired Dark Wizard, caused his friend to become this state.
And guilt, knowing if he didn't left Gray behind, so he could use those Bandits as an excuse to train.
Gray wouldn't be into this state, he shouldn't left him alone and went ahead due to his own selfishness.
Furthermore, another reason why he felt so much guilt, is also because the reason why Gray is on this Mission, is other himself, who forced his friend to come along with himself.
If that wasn't enough, when he killed those thick spiders (Rocky Spiders), made him feel funny and lost, like some kind of heavy burden was placed on him.
This is the first time that Zack ever took a life.
And yet… was it right to feel such a burden, when the other party themselves are Monsters?
Monsters that are known to be endanger to those without Magic Power.
Yet, even Zack knew this, he felt sad and burdened taking their lives away, showing how soft and naïve he truly is.
This is what Zack thought of, when he landed onto the ground, and glances at his hands coated in Armament Haki, making him realise the feeling of killing is not a pleasant one.
But Zack soon forces those thoughts out of his mind, knowing such emotions will only cloud and sway his mind, something he cannot afford to do, in this kind of situation.
And while facing his back towards Gray, that still hasn't gotten up yet. Zack turned his eyes, and steeled his naïve heart, as he looked many Spider Monsters around them.
'They too many of them…'
Zack commented in his mind, while he dodged a long legged Spider Monster (Hopper Spider). As he dodges the Spider Monster, Zack took a long breath, as if readying himself, knowing he cannot afford to hold back, in this situation.
Nor he could avoid the action, he already did not on purpose, but this time, it will be intentional, as his coated Haki right fist punches towards the long legged Spider Monster that just passes him, only for his fist to go through the Monster killing it.
Burden and guilt only increased by killing that Monster.
And yet, Zack kept his mind calm, while he shut away those feelings, that could lead him stray, when he has no room to become controlled by these uncomfortable emotions.
Using Paper Drawing when Zack senses a sharp legged Spider Monster (Assassin Spider), about to sneak attack him.
Zack then thought what could he do, in this situation he and Gray are in, as the sharp legged spider hidden itself, seeing its attack failed.
Zack knew he might be lacking in a lot of places, especially as a person.
But even he knew, with his current strength and state, dealing with this many Monsters, as well that strange looking Dark Wizard, will be nothing but foolish.
And yet, even if it foolish, he still has to do something, to get the upper hand, so both he and Gray can survive this kind of abused situation.
His stamina and physical strength are reaching their limits.
His Haki also the same, it wouldn't be long before that too become empty.
Of course, one might think, if Zack hasn't fool around with the Bandits, his Haki and physical body wouldn't be into this state and may even win this situation.
But that also a false dream.
Zack knew, even if he still at full power with Haki and completely not spent with Stamina or suffering from the backlashes from the Six Styles.
The chances of winning this horde of spiders, plus this unknown level Dark Wizard is very slim at that, even if Gray also at full heath and Magic Power as well.
Of course, this is just his physical limits and his Haki. Zack still has one other card he could play at this situation, and that will be his Quake-Quake Magic.
However, even if Zack could use Sky Shatter to destroy this army of Monster Spiders, or Shatter to take them down all around him.
Zack cannot use such spells due to the sole fact; Gray is behind him.
Quake-Quake Magic is very powerful, but also very dangerous at the same time.
It is an unbiased Magic of complete pure destruction, that will take anything down before it.
This meant, it didn't matter who are friend or foe, as this Magic will be unbiased, and take down anything as well anyone it being used on.
However, that is only true if Zack were to use his current strongest spells, like Sky Shatter or Shattering.
This meant, Zack only has to use something that is not unbiased, something he can control, that also may be weaker compared to Sky Shatter or Shattering.
Taking a long breath, Zack begins to activate his Quake-Quake Magic, the power to manipulate vibrations via touch and body.
And also the power to even turned himself into a vibrating human.
With his Magic activating, Zack noticed, one of the massive stone like spiders (Stone Spiders), left the Dark Wizard side, with clear intentions to use their lance like spider legs to attack Zack.
Zack didn't avoid the incoming stone-like spider leg, that no different to a lance or maybe a mace, smashing down towards him.
Instead of avoiding, Zack once again sent a punched towards the Stone Spider.
One might recall, the first time the two fought, even with Armament Haki, their attacks rebounded, and it was Zack who was actually pushed back.
But this time it is different, while his fist still coated in the colour of Armament Haki. The punch he sent, wasn't a normal punch, but one that is shaking, vibrating like a drill.
A drilling fist that meets with the lance like massive spider leg.
And when the drilling black fist and the spider leg met, a loud bang, like the blasting of wind sound. But that wasn't the only sound is heard, when the fist and spider leg met, what also heard, was the painful cries and hisses of the Stone Spider, whose lance-like leg, that not only twisted in several ways.
But even snapping and ripping their leg apart from their body!
It is known the B-Class Stone Spider's skin and body is harder then steel. And yet, it was shattered and ripped off its body, by the very same black steel-like fist, that once rebounded being hit by the very same lance-like Stone Spider leg.
Even the Dark Wizard, Lovely who once wears a smirk on his lips, shown disbelief seeing how the very same fist that did nothing to his controlled Monster before, but now ripped its leg off its body!?
Nonetheless, Zack wasn't done, as he lift his left hand, that also drill like a drilling drill, and smashes it into the body of the Stone Spider, that blasts the massive heavy Stone Spider into the air!
Not only it was blasted in the air, but even the area that has been hit by the black coated fist, also left a fist mark cracking the harder then steel surface of the Monster, as if the Spider Monster has been hit by something heavy.
And in that case, that wasn't so far from the truth.
Drilling Force – Drilling Strike
(AN: In the notes, it is Drilling Fist, I was going to rename it as Drilling Punch, but I think Drilling Strike sounds better, right?)
Drilling Force is the name of the spell or magical technique that Zack just used.
It is the result of using Quake-Quake Magic, by turning either parts of the whole of his body into a vibrating state.
This is why Zack first appeared like it is spinning in a rapid way, like a real drill in a form of a fist.
And the thing about Drilling Force, faster the force goes, not only the faster the attack will be, but even the power of the attack also will greatly increases.
(AN: Speed + Raw Strength = Attack Power)
That is why, the Stone Spider leg was shattered and ripped apart.
When a fist that not only fast, but heavier due to the force of speed that is created by the drilling motion of the vibrations.
Another thing about Drilling Force, unlike Sky Shatter and Shattering, it doesn't use crazy level of Magic Power to use. And it also doesn't unbiasedly affect allies and enemies alike.
Unless it is by mistake, or intentional.
When the Stone Spider clashes into the ground, Zack didn't waste any time, and rushes towards Stone Spider, with all intentions to end its life.
However, an Assassin Spider, the same that half of their eyes damaged by Zack himself, came back in vengeance, and attack Zack, who blocked their blade like legs, with Iron Mass along with Haki coating his left arm.
When the attack is blocked. The other Assassin Spider, with the one with the broken jaw caused by Zack as well. Attacked Zack from behind, who sensed it with Haki, and dropped his body, only to roll out of the second Assassin Spider's way.
Zack let a long annoyed sighed left his lips, as he uses Drilling Force not on his fists or arms this time around.
But on his left leg.
The thing about Quake-Quake Magic, that makes it possible to become one with the vibrations, as a trembling human.
Even if his legs has been overstrained by the Six Styles' backlashes. When he uses the Drilling Force, becoming one with the vibrations, it doesn't physically affect him.
This meant, as long Zack has Magic Power to fuel it. he can use Drilling Force all he want, without suffering any of backlash.
Of course, if he used part of his body that is broken or stabbed with a weapon, that a different story.
But least he doesn't have to worry about furthering overstraining his body, with Drilling Force.
Drilling Force – Drilling Impact.
The name of the technique of using Drilling Force onto the legs, that carries a greater force then punches are capable of. Causing not only the wind to blasted stronger compared using Drilling Strikes.
But when the Drilling Impact hit the Assassin Spider, it did not just hit it, but smashes through it, like the Assassin Spider is being hit by a flyswatter, killing it by a unstoppable force.
