Chapter 201: An Off-the-Charts Reserve of S-Rank Jutsu!

These were the true examples of Wood Style fused with Sealing Jutsu, not just the brief hints he'd seen in the Wood Dragon scroll. He knew the Gracious Deity Gates was the technique that had temporarily sealed the Ten-Tails. The Cutting Sprig Technique was the "absolute defense" Madara had used to block a Tailed Beast Bomb from his Susanoo-armored Nine-Tails without a scratch.
'My current strongest defense is the A-rank Shadow Armor Technique. If I can merge the principles of the Cutting Sprig Technique into my Shadow Armor, the defensive capabilities of my Black Samurai will undergo a qualitative leap!'
He was confident he could do it. The S-rank Shadow Invisibility Jutsu he had just created already proved that his shadow arts could be fused with external principles.

His captive White Zetsu couldn't handle S-rank jutsu, but it could easily use these C-rank ones, which was all Keisuke needed to test and reverse-engineer the Water-Earth fusion ratio.
The only remaining problem was Tsunade herself.
"Tsunade, have you thought about how to increase your own chakra reserves?"
"Why bring that up all of a sudden?" she asked, looking at her palm. "I'm long past my growth period. It's impossible to increase my base chakra."
"Then what will you do, if and when I successfully replicate Wood Style?" he reminded her. "Remember the Wood Dragon the Zetsu used? The difference between that and the real thing... you should understand what that implies."
"Of course I do," she said, exasperated. "But I really can't increase my chakra reserves... though I am already working hard on saving it up."
Keisuke knew her "saving up" meant the Yin Seal. "As it happens, I have a method that can slowly improve your physical constitution. Do you want to learn it?"
"What?"
"Have you ever heard of Sage Art?"
"Sage Art?!" Tsunade understood, and she was thoroughly shocked. "Nara, you know Sage Art?!"
As the contractor for Shikkotsu Forest, how could she not know of its existence? The master of that forest, Katsuyu, was an immortal Sage.
"Just some shallow knowledge," Keisuke said. "The source is the Fire Temple."
"No wonder..." Tsunade blinked. "No wonder! I was just wondering how your physical constitution grew so ridiculously fast. It was because of the Fire Temple's Sage Art!"
"I want to learn... but is it possible?"
"No problem." Before, Keisuke would have had to ask his great-uncle for permission to share it. But now, he was the clan head. He could do what he wanted.
As an影-level ninja, and a medical one at that, Tsunade's chakra reserves were massive—at least an A+ in [Precision]. But in the face of Wood Style, even that was nothing. If she wanted to restore the glory of the Senju, she had to get stronger. The Sage Clan Guidance Technique and the Sage Clan Breathing Method were perfect for her.
