Chapter 62 - – Lorien Valtier’s Radiant Judgement

📍 Skies Above HeroCity — The War of Gods

The sky was bleeding.

Not metaphorically.

Crimson fractures tore through the clouds like open wounds across the firmament. Black lightning descended in silence, burning the air and distorting space itself. Every soundless thunder carried a terrifying truth:

Reality was being pushed beyond its limits.

At the center of it all—

Two absolute presences.

On one side…

Lorien Valtier.

Walking calmly through the ruins as if the battlefield had been built for him alone. His steps were light. Elegant. Controlled.

On the other—

Arcanis.

The Supreme Judge of Kairon.

His form was unstable. Parts of his body dissolved into gray energy and reformed in constant cycles, as if he existed between dimensions. A mantle of void wrapped around him, shifting like a living shadow.

His eyes—

Had no iris.

Only an abyss.

And within it—

Laws.

Verdicts.

Execution.

⚖️ The Presence of Judgment

When Arcanis stepped forward—

The world reacted.

The ground sank.

The air bent.

And then—

An invisible pressure crushed down across all of HeroCity.

🌍 People collapsed to their knees.

Structures cracked.

Even the wind stopped.

A voice echoed—

Not from him.

But from everywhere at once.

— "All that exists… shall be judged."

Symbols appeared in the sky.

Ancient.

Forbidden.

Each one a sentence.

Each one a fate.

Arcanis raised his hand—

And pointed at Lorien.

— "You."

Space around Lorien froze.

Not in ice—

But in concept.

As if the very idea of movement had been removed.

— "Guilty."

😏 The Hero's Disdain

Silence.

A second.

Two.

Then—

CRACK.

Reality around Lorien shattered like glass.

He stepped forward.

Free.

Untouched.

Smiling.

— "Hm…"

He tilted his head slightly.

— "That was creative."

His eyes sparkled with genuine amusement.

— "But it lacks… impact."

A blink.

— "And charisma."

Arcanis didn't reply.

But his aura—

Exploded.

🌑 Wrath of the Void

The sky went completely dark.

Light vanished.

Absolute darkness consumed everything—

For a moment.

Then—

Explosions.

Black holes opened around Lorien, devouring debris, energy… even fragments of light.

Arcanis raised both hands—

And crushed them together.

The singularities collided.

BOOOOM!!!

A dimensional implosion.

Space compressed.

Rewritten.

Erased.

At the center—

Nothing remained.

🌟 The Light Endures

A glow.

Faint.

Then—

Blinding.

Lorien stood there.

At the heart of annihilation.

A golden field surrounded him, pulsing like a divine heartbeat.

His Seraphim Eye was active.

Radiant gold.

Ancient glyphs rotating within his iris.

Observing.

Analyzing.

Judging.

— "Interesting."

His voice echoed.

— "You're actually trying."

He raised his sword slowly.

— "Now…"

A step forward.

— "…my turn."

⚔️ Absolute Clash

Arcanis vanished—

Reappearing in front of Lorien.

Attacking.

His void blade sliced through space, leaving trails of non-existence.

Lorien blocked.

CLANG!

Not metal against metal—

Reality against concept.

The collision shattered the sky.

Arcanis attacked again.

Faster.

Heavier.

Each strike carried a verdict:

"Erasure."

"Oblivion."

"Nullification."

Each word echoed with every blow.

But Lorien—

Moved like a dancer.

Effortless.

Fluid.

— "Too direct."

Dodge.

— "Too predictable."

Block.

— "Too… desperate."

Counter.

🌠 Judgment Begins

Lorien raised his free hand.

The heavens answered.

Clouds split open.

Light pierced through the crimson fractures.

Then—

Blades.

Hundreds.

Thousands.

Forged from pure radiance.

Falling like celestial meteors.

Arcanis reacted instantly.

Void shields.

Layered dimensions.

Illusions.

False realities.

The blades struck—

And shattered everything.

Every defense collapsed under light.

Arcanis roared—

— "Impossible!"

— "I am the Law of the Void!"

Lorien smiled.

— "And I…"

He spun his blade.

A halo of white fire ignited behind him.

— "…am the exception."

🔥 The Judge on Trial

Arcanis unleashed everything.

His form expanded—becoming massive, incomprehensible.

Multiple arms.

Multiple blades.

Multiple dimensions overlapping.

He attacked from all directions—

Time.

Space.

Causality.

All bent to destroy Lorien.

Then—

The Seraphim Eye flared.

And everything…

Stopped.

Not time.

But the right to act.

Arcanis froze.

His existence… questioned.

Lorien walked toward him.

Slow.

Inevitable.

— "You judge…"

He passed through the first layer.

— "…without understanding."

Closer.

— "You condemn…"

Another layer shattered.

— "…without feeling."

He raised his sword.

— "But I…"

His voice echoed across dimensions.

— "…judge with truth."

⚡ Final Judgment Blade

Silence.

Even the void recoiled.

Light gathered at the blade.

Not brightness—

Decision.

Finality.

— "Final Judgment Blade."

The strike came.

Simple.

Clean.

Inevitable.

A line of light cut through Arcanis—

From head to toe.

For a moment—

Nothing.

Then—

His body trembled.

Cracked.

Collapsed.

Imploded—

And exploded—

At the same time.

Without chaos.

Without pain.

Only—

Sentence.

Arcanis was erased.

Not destroyed.

Not defeated.

Judged.

And removed from existence.

🌫️ After the Verdict

The light faded.

The sky slowly began to heal.

Lorien lowered his blade.

His expression softened.

The smile returned.

— "Hm."

A quiet breath.

— "Expected more."

📍 Elsewhere…

Kai Hayashi watched.

His fists clenched.

His body trembling.

— "…Arcanis…"

His voice faltered.

— "…was defeated?"

His eyes hardened.

Fury.

Disbelief.

Fear.

Then—

Cold resolve.

His gaze shifted.

To—

Inavy.

Collapsed.

Unconscious.

Amid the ruins.

Kai stepped forward.

Slowly.

Blade in hand.

Each step—

Deliberate.

— "Then…"

He raised his weapon.

— "…I finish this."

His voice dropped.

— "Goodbye, Stormbreak."

He struck—

⚫ Interruption

CLANG!

The impact rang out.

Kai's blade—

Stopped.

By a black sword.

Shadows spread.

The air turned cold.

From the darkness—

A figure emerged.

Kelvin Nox.

His violet eyes glowed like stars in a dead sky.

His presence—

Silent.

Deadly.

Absolute.

He tilted his head slightly.

— "Who said…"

His voice was calm.

But dangerous.

— "…you were allowed to touch him?"
