"I woke up pretty early. Is it too early to go see Harumiko?" Hiroshi said with a smile, looking at the shops along the street. He questioned the time.
Hiroshi had indeed woken up very early. He'd gone to bed early the previous night. He had slept well.
"I wonder if I'll always be able to sleep and wake up this early. Once I start working, I won't be able to live like this anymore. I'll be staying up late and waking up early; I won't get enough sleep," Hiroshi thought as he walked. He considered his future schedule.
It was a little after 6:00 AM. Most people were still asleep, and school was out, so the students were sleeping in. Most people were still asleep.
The people up and about were mostly elderly people, young children, and those who worked. The elderly often wake up early to go for walks.
"Seeing the shops already open reminds me of my old world, where people woke up so early to sell vegetables. They wouldn't do it if they didn't need to make a living," Hiroshi thought, looking at the open shops. He reflected on the lives of shopkeepers.
Hiroshi soon arrived at Harumiko's house and gently knocked on the door. He arrived at Harumiko's house.
After knocking for a while with no response, Hiroshi murmured, "Could Harumiko still be asleep?" He wondered if she was awake.
"That's strange. Harumiko is usually so diligent. Maybe she didn't hear me. I'll knock again," Hiroshi said with a smile, knocking again. He decided to knock again.
After lowering his hand, he heard a sound from inside.
"Coming, coming," a voice called out.
Hiroshi's lips curved into a smile upon hearing Harumiko's voice. He always felt happy hearing her voice. He felt happy hearing her voice.
"I was wrong. Harumiko wouldn't still be asleep. Maybe me, but definitely not Harumiko," Hiroshi whispered, waiting patiently. He reassessed the situation.
After two minutes, Harumiko slowly opened the door. She opened the door.
"You're here, Hiroshi. I was tidying up inside, so I didn't hear you. I'm so sorry," Harumiko said with a smile. She apologized for not hearing him.
Hiroshi shook his head with a smile. "It's okay, Harumiko. Since you're ready, let's go!" He reassured her. He was ready to go.
Harumiko nodded, closed her door, and set off with Hiroshi towards the hospital. They set off towards the hospital.
"Hiroshi, isn't it a little early to go to the hospital? What if your aunt isn't awake yet? Should we get breakfast first?" Harumiko suggested. She suggested getting breakfast first.
Hiroshi nodded with a smile. He agreed with her suggestion.
