Author's Note: This my first ever fanfic that I'm writing. I've been a fan of Worm and I really liked it for a while now. I hope you enjoy this story. Any feedback is appreciated.

First Person POV
As I stare at my computer screen and reviewed the choices I made I nodded my head in agreement as I liked what I picked out for my CYOA build. After staring at the computer I decided it was time to log off as it's nearing midnight. I did my usual routine and I headed to bed to sleep.
As I woke up I noticed something different about my bed, my regular bed while soft and comfy was nothing compared to the bed I was laying down on. The bed was incredibly large, compared to the modest bed I slept on. The pillow cases and blankets were silk much different compared to my cotton sheets.
As I kept touching my new bed I looked around my new room and I noticed how much bigger it is. It's like the ones from those fancy and large houses. My new room had large windows and curtains blocking out the rising sun. A bathroom that had marble floors with a large shower and hot-tub. Overall my new bedroom seemed like that of a master bedroom.
As I kept looking around suddenly a flash of memories entered my head and I groaned in pain at the influx of memories and eventually it was able to pass and my eyes widened in shock as I realized something. I was reincarnated into another world!
As I realized that, I was pretty happy I got to experience one of the most fantasized event for nerds and weebs as after all who wouldn't like to be reincarnated into another world?
Though of course so long as they get to have their 'golden finger' or 'cheats' and they get to pick the world they lived in so they can do what they have always dreamed of doing.
As I focus on my memories I realized what world I'm living in.
It was Worm.
God damn it!
Of all the worlds I was reincarnated into, it was this world. Not saying that it's the worst world to live in as there are many fictional worlds that are worse to live in if you're just a regular person such as Warhammer 40k, Fallout, Marvel, DC, and many more.
Though Worm is personally more scuffed in my opinion because there are no Gods, alien warlords trying to conquer Earth, or any kind of supernatural. Though there are aliens, the Entities are more like eldritch entities because they have such a vast understanding of the universe that all their powers are considered magic.
From reviewing my memories I realized that this wasn't the canon Worm I knew, but an alternate one. There are still parahumans that trigger and awaken their powers, there are still Endbringers that are slowly destroying the world, and more stuff from canon Worm. Though I was able to see some differences such as that the supernatural exists such as demons, werewolves, vampires, ghosts, and more.
They even have their weaknesses as well which is pretty good as if I encounter one I know how to deal with the threat. Though, aside from the classic monsters, fortunetellers, psychics, and voodoo practitioners exist that either are on the side of good, rogue, or villainy.
As I continue to view my memories I realized the identity of the body I was inhabiting.
Apparently my name is Ren Amamiya and I'm the orphan son of billionaires Kaito Amamiya and Aika Amamiya the CEO and COO respectively of the corporation called Pentax.
My parents apparently died in a plane crash, which is pretty cliche and I might need to investigate the truth.
As I continue to view my memories a knock was heard on my door and a female voice said,
"Master Amamiya are you currently awake?"
I looked towards the door where I heard the noise and I saw the person who said it

She shook me from my musings as she looked at me with a worried look on her face.
"Are you alright Master Amamiya?" she asks concerned
I understood why now as after all my parents did die in a plane crash and that was yesterday before I woke up in this new world.
From my memories, her name was Sakuya Izayoi and she has been my maid ever since I was a mere baby and she has taken care of me for most of my life as my parents were very busy. She was basically my Alfred of this universe.
"Yeah I'm fine"
"Alright, it's best if you get dressed and start eating your breakfast I made you"
As she exited the room I eventually took a shower and while I was in there I started to realize that this was my new life.
This is the dream I've always wanted to live, I could be the person I always wanted to be. I could live out my fantasies and in this superhero world I'm pretty sure I can do it. As after all I'm pretty rich and because I've been reincarnated in this AU world I'm pretty sure I have a 'golden finger'.
After my musings I finished showering and put on my regular clothes and went down. As I looked around I noticed that the house I was in was in like one of those rich people houses where the space was huge.
Eventually I managed to reach the dinner table and it was incredibly long and large. There was even a large fancy chandelier above to hammer in the point that this was my new life!
On the table was a bunch of food ranging from American food such as eggs, sausages, bacon and Japanese food such as steamed rice, miso soup, fish, and more.
"Thanks Sakuya."
"It's my pleasure Master Amamiya" she bowed.
I began to eat my breakfast with fervor as I was quite hungry and it was pretty delicious. After finishing my breakfast Sakuya took all the dishes and and put them in the sink.
I asked her, "Is there anything I have to do today Sakuya".
"Yes, Master Amamiya you do have some work to do today, but it's mostly you taking control of the Pentex corporation as you are now the heir to a multi-billion dollar company. Though the board emphasized that you can take as much time as you need."
I nodded at her words and reviewed my memories of this world. From what I can tell the board and higher-ups of the Pentex corporation were loyal to my parents, so they should also be loyal to me right? As after all I'm their only son and the rightful heir.
"I'm going to my room"
I went upstairs back to my room without waiting for her response as I need time to adjust and review all the memories I have of this new world.
I went back to my room and I decided to take a long good look at myself to see what changed with my appearance.
I went to the bathroom and I decided to take a good look at myself and I couldn't help but admire myself as I'm pretty attractive and I looked at my body and it was incredibly fit and strong with muscles and abs.

Now because I was reincarnated I must have a cheat right? I mean I don't dislike that the fact that I'm pretty much a billionaire in my new life, but without super powers I would just be a rich guy.
Then suddenly I felt a pulse, like I was having a headache or having the urge to throw up even though there was nothing. It was a very nauseous feeling I closed my eyes and eventually the feeling passed.
I looked down on my hands and noticed that it was glowing a red light. I was incredibly excited as after all I'm going to have powers! I felt different and I feel like my power was trying to talk to me.
'Hello?'
[GREETINGS]
A massive migraine hit my head
'Too loud'
[Sorry]
I felt another pulse in my head. From what I know it must be mapping out my entire brain and viewing my memori-
'Are you searching through my memories?'
[Yup, I needed to know how to speak your language!]
Well. it's not like I can do anything about it.
[Hello! My name is Guru! I am a Noble Shard of Abaddon!]
'I'm guessing you got those names from my memories?'
[Ding! Ding! Ding!]
I heard it giggle and it sounded feminine. I couldn't really tell and it might be just using a voice I personally prefer.
Did it actually have a gender? Most shards don't as after all their eldritch abominations, but Fragile One did identify as female.
'Hey Guru are you a female?'
[Whatever gender you want me to be, young master!]
Yup, it' definitely a female or it must be using a female voice to make me more comfortable after all it's a continent spanning eldritch abomination, and she's also drawing from my memories of wuxia-

Author's Note: This is going to be slow paced as I will be introducing a lot of the setting of Earth-Bet and it's many changes. I will spend a lot of time worldbuilding before I get into the setting of Worm.
