Chapter 612 - 612: Clash with the Supreme

Malrick's feet lifted slowly off the ground, his hands clenched at his sides.

"What are you planning? Don't be reckless!" Waqtu shouted, sweat streaming down his face. Even while being chased across the Multiverse by Infinite Ultron, he had never felt this desperate. The stubbornness of Superheroes could truly be infuriating.

Seeing Malrick remain calm, Waqtu quickly tried to reason with the three Supreme Observers.

"Malrick has nothing to do with this! He is crucial to the future of the Multiverse! The Observers' oath forbids interference, but Supreme One, you cannot attack them!"

The leading Supreme Observer's eyes narrowed, glowing with azure light.

"Hah, you still cling to the oath, Waqtu. Precisely for that reason, it must be broken now!"

He scanned the group. Malrick's hostility barely registered. Like other Observers, he lacked personal attachment. In their eons of existence, they had watched Universes emerge, life bloom, and worlds fall into ruin. They observed from above, aloof and detached, untouched by mortal provocations—unless someone violated their oath or threatened their lives.

"Malrick from the S Universe, abandon this futile resistance and leave." The Supreme Observer's gaze shifted sharply. "And her."

He pointed directly at Carter.

"She and the others shall remain, to face execution alongside Waqtu."

Waqtu froze. "Why?"

"You leaked the secrets of our order and interfered with the operation of countless Universes. Lila Williams, Reed Richards, Nick Fury… how many worlds have been disrupted by your actions?"

"And among them, Peggy Carter is uniquely dangerous. Your reckless travel between Universes has spread influences that should never have existed. You even led others into the Five-Dimensional Space. Your blasphemy against the Watchers' order can only be cleansed through death!"

As the Supreme Observer's voice rose, dozens of energy-condensed ropes shot from dimensional fissures, binding everyone—including Malrick.

Hum!

Jarvis's chest erupted with energy from the six Infinity Stones, while Black Strange's palms surged with dimensional power. Beams of multicolored energy sliced through the ropes, severing them instantly.

The Supreme Observer frowned. "Useless resistance."

Jarvis and Black Strange exchanged a glance, then unleashed their full power. Beams of radiant and pitch-black light tore toward the Supreme Observer. The energy was enough to annihilate a Universe, yet when it struck him, it splashed harmlessly aside, barely ruffling his expression.

"You think you can defeat me? Such delusion," he said, his face impassive as though a god had finally awakened. He lowered the arm he had raised, then advanced steadily through their attacks, his head leading the movement.

"What?" Black Strange muttered. "He's no weaker than Infinite Ultron!"

"Infinite Ultron?" the Supreme Observer sneered. "You defeated Ultron, commandeered its body, and imagine yourself invincible across the Multiverse?"

Step by step, he advanced.

Waqtu, freed from his bindings, sprinted to Malrick's side. "Quick, Malrick, run while you can! I'll cover the retreat with Strange and the others!"

"We can't defeat the Supreme. You don't understand their power!"

Malrick pressed a hand to Waqtu's shoulder. "Calm down. Trust me—the Supreme Observer is nothing. But some of what he said is true. You shouldn't interfere recklessly with the Multiverse—not out of fear, but because careless interference can trigger cosmic collisions."

The Supreme Observer heard this and flared with rare anger. "Futile words. No one escapes now! Even an abstract entity cannot defy the Watchers' order!"

His two companions teleported beside Malrick, forming a perfect trinity with the leading Supreme. The three advanced in unison. Meanwhile, Jarvis and Black Strange strained under overload, powerless to act as the Supreme Observer's hand approached, poised to crush them.

"He… he's stronger than Infinite Ultron, surpassing even the combined Infinity Stones!" Jarvis calculated frantically, fear rising. Its only concern was Malrick's safety.

"Young Master, leave this place!" Jarvis pleaded. The six gems on its chest flared brilliantly. Black Strange, sensing the danger, braced himself to go all out.

Snap!

Without warning, Malrick vanished, appearing directly in front of Jarvis. With one hand, he grasped the Supreme Observer's wrist. With the other, he tapped Jarvis's chest and Black Strange's forehead. In an instant, the Infinity Stones' glow vanished, the emerging eyeballs under Black Strange's skin disappeared, and all energy beams dissipated.

"You two, what strange tricks are these?" Malrick asked calmly, standing before the Supreme Observer. "Not even an abstract entity can defy the Watchers' order? And you dare say that?"

The Supreme Observer froze, then rage replaced his shock.

"Malrick Stark! The Watchers' order has existed since the dawn of the Multiverse. I know of your feats—you gained Eternity's recognition, defeated Ultron, tried to save the Multiverse. You, born mere decades ago, know nothing of us. Even an abstract entity like you, defying the order, shall be silenced. When you return after billions of years, you will remember what happened tod—"

"Tod—"

No matter how hard he struggled, the Supreme Observer could not free his wrist from Malrick's grip.

"Today… this ends," Malrick said, his calm eyes fixed on the Supreme's massive head.
