Giga Endra was Delecion's ultimate weapon.
For Delecion, it was nothing more than a mass-produced machine, but even if it had appeared in any Ultraman battle, its destructive power would still have been worthy of a final boss.
Humanity's light cannons, capable of pulverizing asteroids, left not even a scratch on it. The combined beam attacks of Ultraman Cosmos and Justice had also proven useless.
By contrast, Giga Endra's reset beam could easily overwhelm both Ultraman at once. And that was when its energy output had been suppressed, designed only to purge humanity and reshape Earth's environment.
Now, faced with the sudden appearance of Ultraman Leijedo, Giga Endra unleashed the reset beam at full strength.
Leijedo dropped his arms, allowing Malrick to take over.
His Heat Vision erupted, a crimson ray lancing out to collide directly with the reset beam.
Ordinarily, Malrick's Heat Vision burned with a surface temperature on par with the Sun—around six thousand degrees Celsius. Compared to the reset beam, which reached into the tens of millions of degrees, it was like setting ice against a raging inferno.
Almost immediately, Malrick's energy was pushed back. He didn't flinch. This was only a test.
The reset beam dwarfed Dormammu's energy strikes outside the Dark Dimension. Its destructive capacity was enough to annihilate a planet with ease, redefining the upper limit of attacks Malrick had ever witnessed.
Yet he felt no fear. If anything, he was eager to push further.
With a focused growl, Malrick increased his Heat Vision output. The crimson beam flared brighter, its temperature climbing: ten thousand degrees, a hundred thousand, a million, ten million. The light shifted from red to gold, then toward blinding white.
Energy surged from his body without restraint, heating the void of space itself. From Earth's surface, the spectacle outshone even the Sun, a blinding clash of cosmic forces.
Bit by bit, the reset beam began to falter. Malrick pressed harder until, in a soundless explosion of light, Giga Endra's energy was completely overwhelmed.
His Heat Vision spread, enveloping the enormous machine's body, more than sixteen hundred meters long. The impact shoved it back through space while subjecting it to temperatures rivaling a star's core.
At last, Malrick ended the beam, scanning the aftermath with super vision. To his surprise, the weapon remained intact. Only scorch marks marred its armored surface. Around it shimmered an invisible shield, already self-repairing.
"Its resistance to energy attacks is incredible," Malrick muttered. "Even stronger than Dormammu's defense. Which means brute force is the answer."
Giga Endra recharged its reset beam, preparing to fire again. Malrick made no attempt to evade. Instead, he flew straight into the blazing torrent.
The reset beam wavered as Malrick surged forward, his body radiating immense power. The fusion of primal genetics and psychic strength erupted in full, projecting the vast force of his inner World outward. His blood thundered like a rushing river, every cell roaring in exultation.
Channeling his entire strength, he shattered the reset beam with a single punch. Without hesitation, he drove the same blow into Giga Endra's armored chest.
The indestructible machine, impervious to Ultraman and Earth's defenders alike, burst apart like fragile glass.
Malrick tore through its body again and again, rending it into wreckage. Then, with another burst of Heat Vision, he incinerated the remains until nothing remained but molten fragments adrift in the void.
The universe fell silent. Earth had been saved.
Moments later, cheers of relief and triumph echoed across the planet.
Malrick drifted back to Leijedo, offering a nod. The Ultraman answered in kind, and with a sweep across the Aurora Timer on his chest, conjured a vast sphere of light.
Malrick's eyes gleamed with anticipation, though he still reminded, "Leijedo, my clones are always weaker than me. You'll need to weaken the light first."
Leijedo said nothing, only released the orb, allowing it to sink into Malrick's inner World. Its energy, though weakened countless times, still mirrored Malrick's own aura.
So, Leijedo had already anticipated everything. Malrick grinned and gave a firm thumbs-up. No other words fit the moment.
This was the embodiment of justice itself, a godlike being whose strength equaled his virtue. Unlike Odin, the Ancient One, or even the living consciousness of other universes, Leijedo's aid came without condition or hidden cost.
"Once I create this clone," Malrick vowed solemnly, "I'll use it to uphold justice and order, not abuse its power."
Leijedo answered only with another silent nod.
Malrick chuckled inwardly. The warrior was cool, aloof, yet resolute. Another Ultraman, Saga, at least grunted or hummed when answering. Leijedo didn't even offer that.
"Legendary warrior, Leijedo, and visitor from another universe," a commanding voice suddenly resonated across the stars, reaching Earth as well. "Why do you defend these fragile humans?"
Malrick spun, eyes narrowing. Across the dark void, countless Gloaca Mother Ships emerged from the shadows, each a weapon as powerful as Ultraman Cosmos.
And behind them loomed a colossal phantom of light, vast enough to dominate the horizon of space.
It was Delecion.
