Shayne was impatient. He arrived at the meeting point half an hour earlier than what they had agreed. Therefore, they had to wait for the other party to arrive.
Knowing this, Nadia was not happy at all. She sat silently, holding back the storm within her, especially when Shayne didn't seem to care.
He lit up his cigarette, as he leaned against the car. This was something he used to do whenever he was being nervous. Nadia had known him long enough to recognize his habit.
She was not allowed to come out because the smoke wouldn't be good for her pregnancy, thus with that reason, Shayne managed to separate himself from her. He didn't wish to see her gloomy expression.
Thankfully, alpha Jaxon's party came early too, so they didn't need to wait for long.
The meeting point that they agreed upon was a gas station, near an airport, where they would fly to Abrient city near the Silver Moon pack. That was the closest city to the pack that had an airport.
