"I want to go to an amusement park; can we go there?" Nadia asked Shayne; she felt so trapped staying in this small apartment and spending her time here.
There was no one she could talk to; Shayne would always be busy all the time. She couldn't go out alone because she was scared; there were so many people out there, and they were nonchalant; they were so callous with one another.
More so, she didn't know this place at all.
The tall buildings, cars, traffic jams, and a lot of unfamiliar faces that Nadia had never met, overwhelmed her. It was always crowded and noisy here.
"I saw it in the commercial. When I asked the warrior, it's only an hour away. Can we go there?"
"I can't. I am busy." Shayne frowned. He was on the phone with his warrior; he reported that Fenja had moved from her apartment, and she was no longer working at the same place.
