Chapter 116: Battle of the Wizards
Location: Orange Village. Those covered in blue and yellow swords.
The entire village.
Fay watched as the blue sword was attacked by the yellow sword.
A loud crash resounded.
The Magic Mask turned its mask toward Fay and ordered the yellow sword.
It flew to attack Fay. Pew pew pew.
Fay flew on the sword, while Lin dodged. Pew pew pew.
The Yellow Mask looked at the hypnotized Seraph.
The Seraph, standing motionless like a puppet, reached out his right hand to grasp the yellow sword.
And Seraph flew towards the Magic Mask. Whoosh!
The Magic Mask flew straight towards Seraph.
The two flew towards each other.
The Yellow Mask released a beam of yellow light, shooting straight into Seraph's brain. Pew pew! Slap!
The yellow beam struck Seraph's brain.
Seraph closed his eyes tightly.
The mask was the size of a house. He charged into Seraph's body.
The yellow mask disappeared into Seraph's body.
Seraph's eyes opened, looking out at the world.
Seraph floated in mid-air, his yellow flying sword as a foothold.
Seraph smiled. "It's a normal body, but whatever, it's quite easy to control."
Seraph turned to look at Faye, who was flying at high speed.
He checked Seraph's body.
Both hands moved back and forth. "Hmm, hmm, hmm. It's considered usable. This is how soul transfer works."
Seraph extended his right hand forward, his hand floating in mid-air.
The yellow sword shot towards Seraph. Boom!
Seraph grabbed the sword and pointed it at Faye.
"Then, let me test your body."
Faye swung her sword, destroying the yellow sword. Boom! Boom!
Faye began to feel uneasy. I saw Seraph smiling at me.
"It looks bad. Richa, hurry up and run. I'll follow later."
Risha nodded, knowing the situation was getting worse.
"Be careful."
Risha floated down to the ground, leaving Faye with Seraph.
Blue and yellow sabers began to collide, surrounding Faye and Seraph. The sound of collision and light bounced off each other. Boom!
"Who are you?"
Seraph raised a finger and pointed into his own eye. His slender, white finger was just a moment away from piercing Seraph's eye.
"Hypnotist and psychologist. Spiritual psychology. The very essence of a hypnotist. Just stare at me and everything will obey. You see, but I used to be great in the past."
"If great in the past means weak in the present?"
Seraph laughed loudly. "Heh heh heh, hahaha. My past was great. I just wanted to challenge myself to reach the ninth level. I wanted to try reaching the ninth level, that's all. "
Fay took a deep breath. Whoosh!
"That's a big difference. You said it was the ninth level, so does that mean you're at the eighth level now?"
"That's right. I've been planning for so long to control this sword. I used that woman's mind control and ordered them to come here. I also had people from the Two-Headed Dragon Army disturb the Tenshin Clan and killed so many people in this village. Do you know why I did this?"
Fay shook her head in confusion. "I don't know. If you could tell me, I'd appreciate it." Fay tried to stall for time by talking.
Seraph smiled, looking into Fay's calm eyes.
"You're thinking of using me to talk to make that kid escape, huh? That's interesting."
"The answer is to summon this magical sword and make sure it appears." I promise no one will interfere, even if something unexpected happens.
"May I ask you something that the Great One never thought would happen?"
"Of course I can. First, this Seraph is a perfect vessel for me, and that's why I'm able to take over his body. And his body won't collapse thanks to my noble spirit.
Two, the piece I had planned died, draining a lot of my strength, and the mask was suddenly changed.
Third, I was preparing to capture that magical sword, but the unexpected happened. The plan I had been working on for so long, which could have taken much longer, started at this moment.
How did this turn out?
Four, I thought this sword would take hundreds of years to be born, but it's much sooner than I thought. Something was calling it to appear.
What do you think? My plan is much ahead of schedule.
"Thank you for telling me."
Faye bowed her head in thanks to Seraph.
"No need. You're about to be enchanted, just like your senior."
Faye quickly turned to look at Richa, but saw Richa holding the blue sword and flying at high speed. Whoosh!
Faye turned to look at Seraph.
Seraph's face immediately stopped smiling. "Huh... That sword still has that much power? Interesting."
Seraph saw a blue sword floating behind Fay.
Fay heard a voice from the blue sword behind her. "Let's work together, girl. If I can kill that boy, you'll survive, and your senior will survive too."
The magic sword sent a stream of consciousness into Fay's mind.
[Who are you?]
"I'm a sword. Nothing. Just a sword. We're both in the same situation. This mask, its abilities are terrifying. I've already taken your senior away. It's up to you. Join me and kill the man in front of me. We'll win together."
[Then what will I have to pay for?]
"No compensation. No reparation. I just want to kill that damn mask. Let's work together."
Fay agreed. [Yes.]
Fay's hand grabbed the blue sword with a thud!
A blue light from the sword flowed into Fay.
Faye felt the energy flowing into her.
Blue light formed blue veins.
Faye was struggling to breathe, as the spiritual energy built up in her body.
Faye gripped her sword tightly and swung it with her right hand. Whoosh!
Slashing the sword forward, a wave of blue spiritual energy shot towards Seraph, as big as a house. Pew!
Seraph raised his yellow sword to block the attack. BOOM!
Seraph charged towards Faye, breaking the sword's light wave. Pew!
Faye charged towards Seraph. Pew!
Faye and Seraph flew into close range. The two swords
attacked simultaneously. BOOM! Blue and yellow light pushed back and forth.
Faye flew back. Pew!
Seraph swung a wave of yellow sword energy at her. Pew!
Faye swung her sword to attack, blocking the attack. BOOM!
Seraph came to a stop in the sky.
Seraph slammed his sword down on Faye's head.
Faye swung her sword to block it. Boom!
A blue sword flew from behind Faye.
Two swords pierced Seraph.
But Seraph had a yellow sword flying in to block the attack. Boom! Boom!
Seraph shot up into the sky. Boom!
Seraph's hands slapped the yellow sword in his own hand. Boom!
With the force of Seraph's clap, a yellow sword the size of a building shot down from the sky. Boom! A frenzied spiritual pressure could erase a village. Boom!
Faye lunged down on the ground, spinning her blue sword in her hand, creating a blue glow on the ground.
