Lucian was seen pacing to and fro in front of the door waiting for the doctor to come out.
Rina stood and walked to Lucian holding his arm.
"Lucian just calm down. She'll be okay" She said and he stared at her before pulling his arm out of her grip.
Jason just stared at Rina before looking elsewhere feeling conflicted.
The door opened and Doctor Aurelia stepped out.
"Is she okay?" Lucian asked.
"Yes my Lord. She just fainted due to stress. She and her baby will be alright" Doctor Aurelia said with a smile.
"Baby?" Rina and Lucian asked at the same time.
"Yes. Your wife here is 3 weeks pregnant" She said and Lucian's eyes widened insanely.
"I'll take my leave now" She said and bowed before leaving.
Lucian looked at the door and blinked before walking to it. He pushed open the door and walked in closing the door behind him.
Rina felt a little knot on her chest as the word repeated in her head.
"Don't tell me you still love him" Jason said and she gulped before turning to him.
"I don't" She said rubbing her palms.
He scoffed ruffling his hair.
"Don't fúçking lie. You're just using me to get over him aren't you?"
"No that's not what's happening. I love you Jason" She said and he inhaled and exhaled.
"Be really honest with me Rina. Be very honest. Do you still have feelings for Lucian?" He asked and she bit her lips tears threatening to fall from her eyes.
"Answer!!!" He snapped.
"Yes but....." She couldn't complete what she was saying cos he sped out.
Tears left her eye lids as she squatted to the floor holding her chest.

Jason got to his house and he threw down the vase on the table..
"I should have known" He muttered tears forcing it's way to his eyes.
"She shouldn't have agreed if she knew she still loved him. She shouldn't have!!" He yelled and kicked down the table.
Everything on it shattered and he stared at it tears rolling down his eyes.
He sat on the couch and palmed his face as he cried harder.
CLAN'S MEDICAL CHAMBER ~~ VIP ROOM
Lucian stared down at sleeping Ava and his hands went to her cheeks caressing it slowly.
Different thoughts were running through his mind as he stared at her face.
She opened her eyes sluggishly and her gaze met with Lucian.
"Hubby" She called and he smiled.
She tried sitting up and he helped her by putting some pillows behind her back.
"What am I doing here?" She asked and he smiled again.
"You fainted and I brought you here" He said and she nodded.
She then remembered something and she froze looking at him.
"I heard the doctors talking about a baby a while ago... who's baby are they referring to?" She asked and he placed his hands on her tummy.
"It's yours" He said and her eyes widened tears forcing it's way to her eyes.
"Really?" She asked and he nodded.
"You're going to be a mother soon" He said tears in his eyes.
"Hubby" She called and pulled him into a hug. He reciprocated as the tears fell from his eyes.
"I'm going to be a father" He said tightening the hug.
She smiled widely before breaking the hug. She wiped his tears and he wiped hers as well.
She placed her hand on her tummy rubbing it slowly.
"The baby is going to be a boy" She said with a smile.
"No. A girl" He said and she frowned.
"Boy"
"Girl" He said and she chuckled.
"Whichever gender the baby is, we'll love him/her" She said and he kissed her tummy.
"I second that" He said and smiled but frowned.
"What?"
"What if...what if I'm not a good dad to our baby?" He asked and she smiled.
"You will be"
"I've never taken care of a baby in my entire life, what if I harm him/her??" He asked moving a little further from her.
She smiled and shifted closer to him before holding his face in her palms.
"You're going to be a great dad Lucian."
"How do you know?"
"Cos you love me and our baby. You won't harm him/her" She said and kissed his lips.
He smiled and reciprocated. After a while, he broke the kiss and used his thumb to caress her lips.
"Thank you Ava" He said with a smile.
She smiled as well.
"Thanks for giving me the chance to be a father. You're the best thing that has ever happened to my life Ava and I love you" He said and kissed her lips again before breaking it.
"I love you too" She replied and he pulled her into a hug.
She smiled on his shoulder.
QUEEN'S MANSION ~~
Amy was currently seated on her throne looking at all the ministers.
"It's good to have you here your highness" One spoke and she smiled.
"It's my pleasure"
"Let's go straight to the point. The last King used up all our resources in preparing for the battle. We have to retrieve them" Yolanda said and she looked at her.
"Okay. Grim" She called and Grim rushed into the room and bowed.
"Yes your highness"
"There's a place in San Francisco, daggers, armours, food, blood, they're all there. Get some of your men and bring those resources back to the clan" Amy said.
"Yes your highness" He said and stood before leaving.
Yolanda scoffed underneath her breath.
"Some lives were lost in the battle, families of the loved ones are asking for compensation" Yolanda said and she looked at her.
"That's a lie" A minister said and she scoffed.
"I must have read wrongly" She lied and the minister took the paper from her hand.
He gave her a glare before looking back at Amy.
"I'm sorry for her stupidity your highness. She won't try it again"
"Stupidity?!" Yolanda asked shockingly.
"We lost a lot of men and we need to recruit more" He said ignoring her.
"Werewolves from the south are coming." Amy said and Yolanda scoffed making everyone look at her.
"They won't even show face here. Stop lying" Yolanda said.
"I persuaded them and they're willing to join forces with us" Amy said.
"I d....."
"One more word from you and I'll fucking kill you!!" Amy snapped her eyes glowing yellow.
Yolanda gulped before keeping shut.
"Meeting dismissed" She said and they all stood leaving the premises.
The minister, Bill, stopped and bowed at her.
"I'm sorry once more for her stupidity" He said and she chuckled her eyes going back to normal.
He stood straight before leaving.
"Don't let what she does affect you your highness"
"It's so annoying. Why does she have to be stupid all the time?" Amy said frustratedly.
"It's okay. She's gone now. You really need to put her in her place your highness" He said.
"I definitely will" She said and smiled.
"I'm free for the rest of the morning right?"
"Yes you are"
"Good. I'll be back soon, I have something to attend to" She said and stood going upstairs.
He smiled before leaving as well.
FEW MINUTES LATER ~~
Amy walked out of the mansion wearing a white cropped short sleeve shirt and a black fitted skirt that stopped at her thigh. It had a slit from her mid thigh and she wore a black boot. She let her hair fall loose before leaving the city.
She left the gate as well and rushed back to tenebrous which took up to 20 minutes.
She stopped in front of Eddie's mansion and she inhaled before walking forward.
She rang the doorbell and waited for a while before he came to open the door.
He was shirtless and she couldn't help but drool over his abs.
