RAVEN'S PEAK ~~ CASTLE
Bentley stared at Lucian then at Ava.
"I'm a vampire from the clan up north" She said and looked at Lucian.
"Why do we have the enemy in the clan?" She asked.
"Ava isn't like them. She's on our side and she's my wife" He said and she glared at Ava.
"Well I don't like it. She might rat us out or worst, she'd join them in killing us" Bentley said.
"I won't" Ava replied with
"Now could you excuse us?" Ava asked and Bentley rolled her eyes before leaving the castle.
Ava looked back at Lucian and spoke.
"I thought you said you'd be back tomorrow evening" Ava said.
"I might still go back to check how they're doing. Plus I have to get some tools to use against werewolves" He said.
"Tools like what?"
"Wolfsbane and silver" He said and she thought for a while.
"Those humans, they had a lot in their mansion, why don't we go back there?" Ava said and asked.
"Okay thank you. I and Bentley will go and..."
"There's no you and Bentley. I am going with you" She cut him off letting go of him.
"There's no....."
"I am going with you hubby and that's final!" She snapped and he blinked.
She went upstairs and changed into a blue fitted singlet and a black fitted jean with a pair of black boots.
She came downstairs and he just stared at her as she walked to him.
"Let's go" She said and walked out of the house. She saw Bentley at the garden staring at some flowers.
"Bentley, we'll be back with the tools" He said and she turned to him.
"I want to come along" She said.
"There's no need" Ava said.
"I am talking to the Lord" Bentley said with a glare.
"B...." Lucian was cut short by Ava.
"And I am his wife. I have a say in things like this so if I tell you there's no need, then there's no need!" Ava snapped with a cold glare sending shivers down her spine.
Bentley rolled her eyes and looked at Lucian.
"Let her come Ava" Lucian said and Ava sent him a glare.
'When I give her the tools, she'd go back to her clan and you won't see her again. But when you let her stay, if we come back, we'll see her again and I'm sure you don't want that' he spoke to her through his thoughts.
'I definitely won't want that but if she touches you hubby, I'm breaking her bones' Ava thought back and he chuckled.
"I guess it's your turn to be jealous" He said and she rolled her eyes looking at Bentley.
"You can come along but no funny business....else.." Ava said and smirked.
She walked out of the gate and Lucian walked out as well. Bentley scoffed and walked out of the gate as well.
Ava held Lucian's hand and he sped away, Bentley sped after them.
They arrived at the city and they walked into it.
CITY ~~ DESMOND'S MANSION
They stopped walking when they got to the mansion.
Ava closed her eyes for a minute before opening it again.
"No one is in" Ava said.
"I'll go get the tools. You girls stay here" Lucian said and sped into the mansion.
Bentley looked at Ava and spoke.
"Why would you even marry a vampire?" Bentley asked and Ava looked at her.
"Me marrying him ain't your business" Ava said with a smile.
"Well, since I'm a vampire and he is my lord, it is my business" Bentley said with a small smirk.
"Okay. Now that it's your business, are you now Lucian's wife?" Ava asked and Bentley scoffed.
"Divorce him. You only want to kill him and I won't let you" She said and Ava stepped closer.
"I can't kill MY HUSBAND!!" Ava said loudly and stepped closer again.
"But I can kill you" Ava said titling her head to one side her eyes glowing bright golden.
Bentley stepped back her eyes glowing red.
"You're thé fàted lunã" Bentley muttered and Ava groaned turning her back on her before facing her again.
"People keep telling me that, who is she?" Ava said and asked.
"You don't know?" Bentley asked and Ava nodded with a pout.
Bentley stared at her with a confused look.
"You wanted to kill me a while ago and now you're pouting?" Bentley asked.
"How am I thé fàted lunã?" Ava asked ignoring Bentley.
"Your eyes. They're different from normal werewolves colour. You really need to divorce Lucian because you are destined to kill him" She said and Ava's eyes widened.
"Bentley!" Lucian snapped angrily from behind and she turned.
Lucian was holding what they needed and he walked to her handing it to her.
"Am I really destined to kill you?" Ava asked looking at Lucian.
"Well yes but...." She sped off before he could complete what he was saying and he sighed turning to Bentley.
"Why the fúck did you tell her that?" He asked angrily.
"She's supposed to know. She is a bloody werewolf. The daughter of a killer. She killed your brother, your people and almost half of your clan. Now she is a threat to you and you know it. Why the hell did you even marry her?!!" Bentley snapped and bit her lips realizing what she said.
She stepped back when Lucian's eyes glowed red.
"You're just a mere warrior who knows absolutely nothing about me. You have no right to talk about Ava like that. You have no right to snap at me or to even ask me bullshít questions" He said coldly stepping closer and she stepped back.
"The next time you say shít about my wife, I won't hesitate to kill you in the most painful way ever" He said sternly and she gulped.
"Go back to your clan and don't return to my castle" He glared and sped off.
Bentley exhaled frustratedly before speeding off.
TENEBROUS ~~ RINA'S MANSION
Rina was training with Jason when Lucian came.
"Lucian" She gushed and kicked Jason backwards before rushing to him.
She wanted to hug him but he moved aside so she staggered.
"You know how to convert wolfsbane to aconitine?" He asked.
"Yes"
"And you also know how to use the main wolfsbane itself?" He asked.
"Yes"
"And silver?"
"Yes" She said and he nodded.
"You are going to the northern vampire clan to teach them how to use it"
"When?" She asked.
"Now. You can go with him if you want" He said and without waiting for her reply, he sped off.
"I'm not going" Jason said and she turned.
"Why?"
"I need to stay here. I'd be closer to Ava this way." He said and she nodded.
"That's for the best anyways, lemme go dress up" Shd said and sped into the house.
10 MINUTES LATER ~~
She came out wearing a black cropped hoodie and a blue baggy jean with a pair of white sneakers. She walked to him and he just stared at her.
"Goodbye. I wish you luck on getting Ava" She said and he smiled.
"Thanks" He said.
She was about to leave when he called her back and she looked at him.
"Yeah?" She asked with an arched brow.
He widened his arms and she stared at him. She chuckled before going to hug him.
"Don't miss me too much," She said and he chuckled.
"I won't"
They broke the hug and he waved her goodbye before leaving.
He sighed and faced his front before going inside..
