Miro and Riley quickly rushed over to the direction where the Warfare Gang people were located. To be honest, they were relieved that they didn't have to deal with the Sea Country Base's police officers.
If they were given that mission, they didn't know what they should do. Acting will definitely be found and they couldn't be too harsh to their comrades in arm. They could only apologize in advance and then make it up later.

At the very least, it would be better to target this Warfare Gang rather than targeting the Sea Country Base's police officers or even the International Agents Association. They would not show much mercy if it was the Interpol or the International Agents Association, but it was still a bit uncomfortable to deal with them.
Anyway, as undercover agents, there was nothing wrong with them to act in accordance to the order given to them.
