"Excuse me ma'am, I don't think I ever said anything about hiring?" Yohan was confused.
"I know but don't you know it is not good for a young man like yourself to be working alone in a place like this?" The old woman asked.
"But I'm not working alone, Mia here is one of my employees and there is also someone else that isn't here right now,"
The old woman gave Mia a quick scan, "but she's not as pretty as my granddaughter…" she said confidently
"Granny?!" Remi called out from behind, "why would you say something so rude?"
Then she turned to Mia, and apologized with a small bow, "I'm really sorry about her behavior,"
"It's okay, seems like your granny is very proud of you," Mia shoved it off without taking it to heart.
Yohan sighed, "Granny even though your daughter is pretty, I can't just hire her because of that"
"Why not, don't you know a work like this needs very pretty girls and my Remi here isn't just pretty, she's smart and a very quick learner,"
