Water flowed from the tap into a cup. When it was almost full, Chloe switched off the tap. She normally drank bottled water, but the dispenser and the fridge was broken, so she had no other choice.
'At least they didn't break the cup,' she thought as she gulped the water down.
She wasn't satisfied, so she started refilling it immediately.
"You must be really dehydrated," Yohan commented as he entered the kitchen.
"I wa–" Chloe turned and kept her eyes on him. He was still fully naked, while she had already put her clothes back on. The contrast felt strange, and yet he seemed unbothered.
"Yohan, aren't you going to put on your clothes?" she asked, unable to keep herself from staring at the serpent that hung so casually between his legs.
