The next few days at the academy were unlike anything Lira had experienced before. The courtyard buzzed with a mix of excitement and curiosity as the hatchlings continued to explore their new home. Students gathered to watch, some timidly approaching, others eager to see the rare dragons up close. But most of the time, Lira and Serelyth moved together, teaching, guiding, and protecting the little dragons.
Morning light spilled over the academy grounds as Lira, Maelin, and Patricia met at the entrance. Serelyth's massive wings stretched wide, shimmering under the sun.
"Ready for another day of chaos?" Patricia whispered, her grin bright.
Maelin laughed softly, adjusting her gear. "Chaos is putting it lightly… but I'm ready."
Lira climbed onto Serelyth's back, hatchlings fluttering around them. "Let's start with flight exercises," she said. "We'll teach coordination and balance, and then maybe elemental practice after."
