Rex's words kept ringing in my ears, his threats were not one to take for granted.
Even though he didn't say it out loud, I knew that he had a hand in how Xavier treated me. He kept telling me that Xavier's attitude would change towards me.
Even before Ivy came back a second time. He kept trying to see if I would give him a chance and when I remained adamant, he was pissed. It was after our last discussion that things began to go really down hill for me.
So I knew to take his words seriously.
"I think something really bad is about to happen to me." I told Sofia that night when I returned to the room and she was quiet as usual.
"Why do you say so? Did anything happen?" She asked and I nodded with fear.
"Rex met me when I was sweeping the field and he promised to tell Ivy to make me into a slut for the pack since I've refused to yield to him." I explained and Sofia shook her head.
