Chapter 309 - Chapter 309: Master Jin, You’re So Innocent!

Her lips hadn't split, but they were swollen and red from his rough kiss.

Xia Xiaofu glared at him. "Young Master Jin, do you even know how to kiss?"

His large hands still gripped her slender waist as he leaned down, attempting to claim her lips again.

But she dodged, her voice laced with playful warning."Master Jin, don't force me. A melon forced off the vine will never taste sweet. Let me teach you how to kiss instead."

Jin Han's eyes narrowed. "Are you trying to fool me again? You said the same thing on our wedding night—claimed it was consensual—and the moment I loosened my hold, you kicked me off the bed."

She really was a sly little fox.

To steady him, Xia Xiaofu draped her delicate hands across his broad shoulders and leaned in, her soft arms winding around his neck. Her tone was a husky whisper."Master Jin, you only get one chance. Do you want me to teach you or not?"

He didn't answer immediately, his sharp gaze searching her face as if weighing the truth of her words.

Then, without warning, Xia Xiaofu brushed her lips lightly against his—gentle, teasing, like a kitten's playful nudge.

This little demon!

Jin Han's eyes instantly darkened, a crimson heat burning through them.

"Does that feel good?" she teased.

His response came in action, not words. This time, he seized control of the kiss, claiming her lips with unrestrained urgency.

But the next second—pain.

Xia Xiaofu had opened her mouth and bitten down hard on the tip of his tongue.

He had been completely unguarded, lulled by her softness. The sharp sting and sudden rush of blood caught him off guard.

Taking advantage of his shock, she shoved him away with all her strength, stumbling back a few steps.

Then she broke into peals of laughter."Pfft—haha! Young Master Jin, you're really too innocent. You actually believed me when I said I'd teach you how to kiss!"

Her laughter was bright and merciless."Young Master Jin, how can someone as gullible as you even survive in the world? Be careful with women—the more beautiful they are, the more dangerous."

She had planned it all along. The sweet promise was a lie; the vicious bite was real.

Jin Han's face darkened, his gold-rimmed glasses unable to hide the storm gathering in his eyes. His lips carried the faint taste of blood, and his stare was ice-cold, as if he might devour her whole.

Born into the Jin family, he had been raised under the strictest rules—an heir molded into discipline and restraint. His emotions had always been detached, his mind unshaken.

But this woman, with her cunning smiles and devilish tricks, had shattered that composure in moments. He wanted nothing more than to throw her onto the bed and punish her until she stopped laughing.

Just then, a crisp ringtone cut through the air.

"Master Jin, your phone's ringing."

Jin Han pulled it from his pocket. Two characters glowed on the screen: Yaoyao.

Xia Xiaofu arched a brow, smiling slyly. "Well? Miss Lu is calling. Aren't you going to answer?"

His expression flickered, but then he pressed the button to connect.

"Hello, Jin Han? Where are you? I need to go back to the Lu family estate. Can you drive me?" Yara Lu's sweet voice drifted through the receiver.

The cool detachment returned to Jin Han's face instantly. Holding the phone, his voice softened, warm and indulgent."Okay, Yaoyao. I'll be there soon."

Xia Xiaofu clicked her tongue. As expected from his first love—even his voice changes for her.

When the call ended, Jin Han's gaze fell back on her. "Where's your phone?"

Her eyes narrowed. "Why?"

He didn't answer. Instead, he reached out and plucked it from her hands.

"Hey! Mr. Jin, what are you doing?"

"Adding WeChat."

By the time he returned it, his contact had already been saved.

Xia Xiaofu stared, speechless. "…Seriously?"

A notification chimed—ding. She glanced down and froze. She had been added to a group.

"Mr. Jin," she asked suspiciously, "what group did you just add me to?"
