Mystic Falls
Mikaelson Mansion
Finn POV
Being the oldest sibling is like being a parent—except you're not allowed to hit the children.
Now imagine those "children" are thousand-year-old vampires who still act like toddlers. That is the very definition of Hell.
Fortunately, I can hit them.
"No, Niklaus, you can't kill him yet!" I said for the fourth time, glancing at my brother and the two mind-dominated vampires.
"He needs to die!" Niklaus growled through clenched teeth, glaring at Damon—who, thanks to me, wasn't even aware of what was happening.
"And if Caroline decides he should, he will. But as I said, that's her decision, Niklaus—hers!" I snapped. "Now go calm yourself. Once Rebekah is finished, we'll head to the Salvatore house and settle their fate there."
He growled again but reluctantly stormed off toward the kitchen—probably to drown his frustration in bourbon.
Elijah had taken Kol out to get a much-needed haircut and a wardrobe update. He tried to do the same for me, but I prefer my hair longer. As for clothes? Nothing a bit of Obtenebration can't fix.
The look of surprise—and mild envy—on Elijah's face when I summoned a three-piece suit made of shadows will always be a cherished memory.
Rebekah had gone upstairs to change and pick an outfit for what she dramatically called "the execution."
Thousand-year-old vampires, yet still children, I thought with amusement.
After locking Esther in the attic with a small barrier spell, I continued practicing my magic—not this world's Wiccan variety; that's far too primitive. I can rewrite reality itself—matter, energy, everything in between. Cain's memories serve as my guide. Mixed with Chimerstry (the Discipline of illusions), the stronger the vampire, the more real the illusion. There's no being stronger than me; combined with my Magick from the Ascension and this world's magic, I'm on a whole other level.
I need to train when I have time. While I'm still mastering my powers and new nature, I must get used to them — I wouldn't want to blow apart part of the planet without looking.
I used my chair as a practice dummy, altering its material, color, and size. At one point, I transformed it into a grand throne, only to revert it to a simple wooden chair.
With a sigh, I sank back into it—bored out of my mind. Rebekah was still picking dresses.
"For God's sake, Rebekah! Pick the blue one and be done with it!" I shouted at the ceiling.
Thanks to my new awareness, I could perceive the entire estate—every room, every spirit. Most spirits flee when they meet my gaze. Can't blame them; I look terrifying.
Of course, this ability has its drawbacks... like seeing my half-naked sister in her room. But she's not just a character from a show or some idealized figure.
She's my little sister—the girl who used to run giggling through the flower fields of our village, the same child who was terrified of thunderstorms and whom I soothed with bedtime stories and lullabies.
She's my sister. They're my brothers.
Even if they are a pain in the ass, I thought with a snort.
'Also... I will have to speak with Marcellus. Even if he's my nephew, I will not let that be the only reason he doesn't answer for his transgressions against the family' I mused.
Thud! Thud!
I heard the click of Rebekah's heels on the floor. Moments later, she descended the stairs in a striking blue dress. Only she would wear a party dress to an impromptu judgment.
"How did you know?!" she asked, eyes wide in surprise.
I grinned. "Magic—or Magick, you can choose." I wiggled my fingers with theatrical jazz hands and earned an eye-roll and a small smile from her.
I stood and smoothed the wrinkles from my suit. "Niklaus! Time to go. Fetch the car, will you?" I called.
He whooshed off eagerly. No surprise—he's been dying to kill Damon.
Speaking of Damon, I mentally commanded the Salvatore brothers to stand and follow.
I offered my arm to Rebekah; she took it with a smirk, and together we walked toward the manor entrance.
Beep! Beep!
Niklaus was already waiting in a large SUV, honking impatiently.
Impatient, I thought as we approached the vehicle.
Click.
With a flick of my wrist, the trunk opened.
"Get in," I ordered the Salvatores, and they silently obeyed. I slammed the trunk shut.
Rebekah and Klaus both laughed—part amusement, part disbelief. I just shrugged.
Sliding into the leather backseat, I settled in as Niklaus started the engine.
"Niklaus, tell Elijah and Kol to meet us at the Salvatore house," I said.
"I already did," he replied with a nod.
I nodded back. Let's see how this turns out, I thought, though I already had an idea exactly how it would.

Salvatore House
Third Person POV
"Bonnie, did you find them?!" Elena—currently the doppelgänger and focal character of The Vampire Diaries—asked her friend nervously.
"No. I've tried the spell three times already, but some kind of barrier is blocking it," Bonnie Bennett, the group's witch, replied in frustration.
Alaric, Jeremy, Matt, and Caroline shared the same look of worry and exhaustion. It had been nearly three days since they'd last heard from Damon or Stefan. All they knew was the brothers had gone to confront Klaus—and hadn't returned.
Dealing with Klaus was always dangerous.
"Okay, guys... I'm going to call Elijah. Maybe he'll tell me—"
"I am afraid that won't be necessary, Miss Gilbert." Elena was interrupted by the most handsome man she had ever laid eyes on; his presence was like a star in the room, drawing the attention of everyone as if by right.
Seeing the dazed, focused faces of the group made a small twitch appear at Finn's lips.
'Presence—the power to captivate the attention of any being; the Conqueror Haki of VTM, a Caine creation to soften God's curse on them. I've got to say it's one of my favorite Disciplines' Finn thought with amusement. He willed it to turn down by a bit, allowing the group to return to their normal mental faculties, though the feeling remained burned on their minds.
"Greetings! My name is Finn Mikaelson, at your service. You must be Elena Gilbert, and you must be Miss Bonnie Bennett. You possess the same eyes as Ayanna. I am very pleased to meet you," I said, offering a polite bow.
Their eyes widened and their heartbeats rose as fear and apprehension leaked from their bodies—especially when Niklaus and Rebekah appeared behind me.
I guessed they thought that because they weren't invited they would be safe. Thankfully I bent the rules a little, I thought while analyzing the faces of the people I used to watch.
"Now why don't we have a seat so I can explain our current predicament," I said, sitting on a nearby chair with my siblings mirroring me, albeit Niklaus kept tapping his foot impatiently—almost enough to earn an eye-roll.
The group only looked at me with fear and apprehension, while Bonnie, to her credit, had a spell on the tip of her tongue.
"Sit down," I said, and my Presence did the rest. They sank into chairs so fast some of them frowned in discomfort, followed by fear at my small feat.
"Miss Elena, may I call you that?" I asked and received a shaky nod.
"As I was saying, on behalf of the Mikaelson family I would like to apologize for all the harm my family has caused you and yours. I promise I will personally make reparations," I told her honestly.
I didn't need any supernatural power to see the surprise and suspicion on her face.
"Now that we've handled that, and now that the rest of my siblings have finally arrived, we can begin the reason for our meeting today," I said as Kol and Elijah entered the Salvatore mansion, escorting the Salvatore brothers.
"Stefan! Damon!" Elena exclaimed.
"Yes. They have been guests in our residence for the last few days. They had dealings with Niklaus and now they have dealings with me. Oh— I almost forgot!" I snapped my fingers, releasing them from my control.
Their eyes returned to their normal state only to widen in fear when they saw me.
"Sit down, boys, so we can start!" I commanded; their bodies immediately complied.
I stood and turned to address everyone in the room. "Now that we are all here, we may begin!"
Kol and Rebekah watched with barely concealed interest. Elijah looked more calculating and impatient, stealing glances at Caroline when she wasn't looking.
"Begin what?!" Bonnie asked defiantly. If I couldn't hear her heartbeat rise, I'd have believed she was fearless.
"The judgment of Damon and Stefan Salvatore!" I announced, and, for effect, I commanded the shadows to darken the room slightly.
"What?!" Elena asked in confusion.
"Today we will be discussing both of their crimes against their own kind, which include rape, omission, murder, and treason against their creators," I said, listing their alleged crimes.
I watched the group's eyes widen while Stefan and especially Damon lowered their heads in shame. I also saw the flash of pain in Caroline's eyes, and judging by the splinters on Niklaus's chair and hand, he'd seen it too.
"Starting with the accused Damon Salvatore: for clarity, are you Damon Salvatore, a 177-year-old vampire, sired by Katherine Pierce?" I asked, and saw him struggle not to answer—my compulsion winning through.
"Yes, I am," he said, glaring at me.
"Did you—or did you not—torture, rape, and threaten Caroline Forbes' life in both life and unlife, your own sireling, born from your blood?" I asked.
He tried to resist, but he lost again.
"Yes... I did," he whispered. To everyone in the room it sounded like a bomb.
I didn't even need to look to know Niklaus's rage was boiling over. Kol, Rebekah, and Elijah looked at Damon in disgust.
Elena looked shocked. Bonnie, Jeremy, and Matt looked at Caroline with pity; Bonnie's guilt showed through, while Caroline stared at the ground, tears in her eyes.
I motioned for Niklaus; he immediately rose and sat down next to Caroline, taking her hand.
"Hello, love," he greeted, doing his best to bring comfort in his emotionally stunted way. I would probably laugh at his attempt, but the small smile Caroline gave him stopped me.
"Continuing— is it also true that you compelled and sired Vicky Donovan only to abandon your sireling to death?" I asked, relishing seeing him pay for everything he had done.
"Yes." This time he gritted his teeth so tight I thought they would break.
Guilt emanated from Elena and Stefan as well. Jeremy looked down in grief and Matt glared hatefully at Damon.
"Is it also true that you used a sirebond with another of your sirelings, a woman named Charlotte, to make her count every brick in New Orleans after you grew tired of her?" I asked, remembering the poor woman who had been counting bricks since the '40s.
"No! A witch broke the sirebond—she was freed!" Damon yelled, sounding almost like he was crying.
"You fool! A sirebond can't be broken by magic!" Rebekah shouted at Damon with hate in her eyes. As literally the first vampires (in this universe), anything related to vampirism is something we know.
I watched Damon's face crumble as Rebekah's words landed. I can feel Damon trying to flip the switch on his humanity but he can't, nothing that a small 'correcting' that I made on him
My siblings again showered Damon with hateful, disgusted glares. Niklaus did the same, then stopped to explain to Caroline what a sirebond was. When he finished, the blonde sent Damon one of the coldest glares I had ever seen.
I examined Damon: he looked like a shadow of his former self. Gone was the cocky, arrogant Damon. What stood before me and my family was just a broken shell. I almost felt bad for him.
Almost.
"Damon Salvatore—your blood, the blood of Katherine Pierce, the blood of Niklaus Mikaelson—is wasted on you. Your life now hangs in the balance. If it were up to me or any of my siblings you would be gone, but I don't possess that right—only she does," I said, looking at Caroline, who seemed spooked as she felt all eyes on her.
"Stop this! Who are you to judge—" Elena tried to interrupt.
I merely looked at her, and with a flick of my Presence I sent her tumbling to the floor.
"Elena!" Bonnie screamed and turned to me, whispering a spell, trying to bring me down.
Cute, I thought, watching the brave little witch—then I snapped my fingers, ripping her spell from existence and setting a small lock on her magic.
"GAHR!" Bonnie cried as she doubled over on the floor, causing the rest of the group to panic.
"Now, now. While I have a great deal of respect for the Bennett family, I will not tolerate interruptions, Miss Bennett. For the time being your magic will remain bound until we finish our session. Do you understand?" I said, looking at the kneeling witch, who stared at me in horror as she began to grasp a small measure of my power.
"Now, addressing something that has been bothering me, Miss Gilbert!" I said while curling my index finger upward, jerking Elena to her feet with telekinesis and drawing a small scream from her.
"While I feel for what you have been through, I am not blind of your faults, You just heard that one of your oldest friends suffered what no woman should ever suffer in both her human life and her vampire life, and your first instinct is to defend the perpetrator—only because you've begun to fall for him, the brother of your boyfriend, a rapist with a depraved mind. My question, Elena, is... are you stupid, or did you fall on your head as a child?" I asked bluntly; it would explain many of her actions.
I see her open her mouth but nothing come out, being confronted with the truth rarely leaves space for discussion
"Now sit down and stay silent!" I command her and she sits again in flash
I turn back to the down form of Damon and I almsot couldnt hold back my disgust of him
"Damon of all the vampire that ever existed, you are the one who I despise the most, with all the gif that was gifted to you yet you chose to waste them!" I tell him, my lips curling up on disgust at his mere sight
I turn back to Caroline who thanks to Niklaus steady support, looks more confidant and sure of herself
"Caroline, daughter of my brother bloodline, a vampire who was proven herself despite your young age, but even then you had right as a member of our society, Damon judgmeant, Damon destiny rest on your hands now, as the survivor of his crimes you possess the right off decide the future of your sire" I tell her, putting her on the spotlight
'If I am going build a society of vampire from scracth, my first step should be laws, my very own city of Enoch, just hope that God don't do a flood 2.0' I say while watching Caroline eyes widen at me
"Caroline! Please Don't-" Elena tries to say but with a flick of my fingers hee voice fades from her mouth, much to her suprise and a bit of fear of me.
Caroline freezes in place and stay put for a few minutes as if only Niklaus hand was holding her stable but she then snaps ups and meet my eyes
"I wish he would die but I know that He don't deserve that, he don't deserve the relief of death!" Caroline say her voice cold but her eyes were brimming with tears of rage, grief and especially relief
"So it will be!" I promise to her
"By the Law made by your Elders, I, Finn Mikaelson condemn you for your crimes to Dessication for eternity, may your dreams and soul rot in the dark!" I proclaim while boiling Damon blood
"ARGH!" Damon screams as his blood boils inside his veins, his body immediatly turns a shade of grey as his skin start to dry up and start to shrink only to be stopped by Damon skeleton, in seconds Damon body resembly a mummy in seconds before falling to the ground like a dried piece of wood
'Good riddance!' I think while looking at the people on the room
My siblings, specially Niklaus look at Damon with a look of satisfaction
Caroline relief is all over her face and body
Bonnie look at me in fear and aprehension, specially at my magical feats
Matt still looks fearful but with a strong look of vindication on his eyes at his sister to finally be avenged
Jeremy looks a bit more fearfully than Matt but also feel a sense of satisfaction
Elena and Stefan looks at me like I am the Devil himself, which is fair and a bit funny as one his his freezed in place while the other is mute for the moment
I turn and look at the paling Stefan
"Time for the next one!"
