Hello everyone! I hope you guys are enjoying the story.
Now- what I call "Season 2" of this fic is henceforth starting.
Here - with Lucien now an adult, 18 years old - is where Hunting aspect of this fic becomes far more prevelant.
WE WILL SEE A LOT OF HUNTS.
Hunts against stronger monsters, weaker monsters, smarter monsters, the whole nine yards.
This is where the Supernatural show aspect will be most directly clear, and don't think other humans will be ignored.
Just like in Supernatural, we will see other hunters, good ones, bad ones, we will see high society, politics, police, supernatural and non-supernatural, EVERYTHING.
I'm going to have a looooooot of fun, writing all this. Man I CAN NOT wait.
Most importantly I will make one thing clear- I will make it LOGICAL.
You will not see me, for the sake of plot, making Lucien lose against weaker monsters or whatever.
If Lucien is against a normally weaker monster, you best believe, if that monster is going to be an actual villain, that I make it make sense.
Now, for reference to understand Lucien's power level in season 2, as an adult. I won't spoil it, but I will tell you Lucien's greatest feats and why they can't be automatically bestowed to adult Lucien.
-Red Force Lightning nearly destroying Dracula's heart (The Dark Side was enhanced by Lucien's corruptive blood, that was full of Darkness, plus Lucien's hate for Dracula, from all the suffering he had to endure, and Stefan's 40 years of hate and rage.)
-Destroying Magic and Curses on the Originals (Klaus and Rebekah didn't fight back at all- if they did, Lucien wouldn't have been able to. That was why Lucien asked Rebekah to come closer, and asked for permission- out of politeness and this)
-Against the Godhand and the Fates (The realm boosted him, and his own Domain, they speak for themselves).
-The Dragon slaying (Nerfed by Klaus's aura in Virginia, since it was connected to Dracula)
To truly have a baseline for Lucien you need to refer to two fights:
-Against the Knight Sir Lycan.
-Killing army of monsters with his domain activated.
These two fights give you a decent baseline to have expectations of Lucien being above this, especially with his Domain activated.
Well, I hope that cleared a lot up. We'll see a lot of the "Old Fuckers" henceforth from the Hierarchy and up.
