Marcus smiled and remained silent for a few seconds, watching Nina as she got up and headed towards the exit door.
"What are you thinking?" he asked. "Do you expect me to let you carry those things by yourself?"
"Then where did you keep them?" Nina responded with a question.
"You don't have to worry yourself. An errand boy will bring them up here in a few minutes," he replied. He then returned to the sitting room, leaving Nina alone.
Nina gulped and went back to her seat. "This place is truly amazing," She said to herself. She couldn't stop admiring the beautiful interior.
Despite being a professional interior designer, she had never seen a client capable of funding such a design in their project.
"Indeed, there are different levels to these things." She sighed and was about to focus her concentration on the designs, but Marcus' voice sent her aback.
"And that's why I have been asking you for a second chance so you can enjoy the life your sister deprived you of."
