After a day of searching, Liebe finally found it—the other bangles. Liebe said, "Now then, I still need Lucifer's relic to complete it all." As Liebe teleported back to Eldoria, Isurugi said, "Sir, are—is everything alright?" Liebe said, "Yeah." Isurugi said, "Please bear in mind, tomorrow is your match against the Baledian team." Liebe said, "I remember. Tomorrow I will settle the score."
Isurugi said, "I suggest that at least you take an 8-hour nap, as it might help your mind rejuvenate and help recover your mana as well." Liebe said, "No need. I still have plenty of magic." "Isurugi, but sir, you haven't slept at all for 2 weeks now." Liebe said, "You rest up. It's for the best." Isurugi said, "Sir, but tomorrow you will be facing the entire Baledian team alone, not to mention Z-jammers and tricky mana, not to mention deadly challenges." Liebe said, "It's alright. I have somewhere to be right now." Isurugi said, "I understand."
As Liebe was walking down the hallway, he saw Licht. As they didn't look each other in the eye, they didn't talk much. Liebe said, "What happened? Why are you bloodied?" Licht said, "It's nothing. Just some dumbasses who couldn't die right." Liebe said, "Are you ready for tomorrow?" Licht said, "I will help if I'm needed. Zeto won't be a threat." Liebe said, "Good. Afterwards, I need your help with something else." Licht said, "What is it?" Liebe said, "We will be diving into the Drant Volcano." Licht said, "Why?" Liebe said, "For Lucifer's relic." Licht said, "Why the hell do we need that?" Liebe said, "Because I said so, that's why." Licht said, "Of course."
As Liebe was walking away, Mia said, "Umm, sir, are you sure this is okay? You and the Fleet Admiral haven't talked in a bit." Licht said, "Yeah, I can't really talk to him right now—not before Alysa is alright. I'm ashamed, and I have to do my part for whatever Liebe is planning. It is the vice-captain's job to follow the captain's orders without question." Mia said, "Of course, sir." Lichee said, "That was depressing. Now I want to see Alysa." Licht said, "Remember your promise to smile." Lichee said, "Yeah, yeah." Before they entered Alysa's room, Isurugi told them the situation. Licht said, "I get it. I'm not allowed to enter."
As Mia and Lichee entered, Lichee talked to her for the whole day, and as Lichee came out, she asked, "She will be whole again, right?" Licht said, "Ask Liebe." Lichee said, "Please tell me she will be alright." As Lichee broke into tears, Licht hugged her and said, "It's alright to cry. I know she will be whole. Liebe will make sure."
That night, as Liebe went to the ship, Eldrie said, "Lord, you are here." Liebe said, "Eldrie, Lara, Gelda—we will close the borders of this nation tonight. Not a single individual in this nation deserves to survive." Eldrie said, "Understood." Eldrie said, "Ice Magic: Frost Claw!" as from the water, pillars of ice rose into the sky, creating walls around Baledia in all directions. Lara said, "String Magic: Bird Cage!" as strings covered the nation above the walls, giving a frame to the wall, ensuring no one can leave through the air.
Gelda let go of her spatial magic spell around the Baledian capital. Gelda said, "Spatial Magic: Imprisonment!" as spatial magic went surrounding the nation with the strings. Eldrie, Lara, and Gelda said, "Combo Spell: Evil's Bird Cage!" as the entire nation was sealed off in its area so that no one could get in or out by walking, flying, or spatial magic. There was no escape. Gelda said, "It is done." Liebe said, "Good. I alone will be more than sufficient for what happens next." Gelda said, "We understand."
The next morning, as they arrived at the capital of Baledia, thousands of people gathered to boo at them. Many stated, "Remove the ice pillars! Remove the cage! Die, Eldorian scum!" Many yelled and threw trash at them. Fate said, "This is quite unsightly." Licht said, "Protect your emblem. That's it." Isurugi and Fate said, "Understood." M, barely walking, said, "Your emblem is your pride and that's what matters above all." Liebe said, "M, you really didn't have to come." M said, "It's alright. I have my own thing." Licht said, "Try not to embarrass us this much." Liebe said, "Shut it." Licht said, "Apologies."
Mia said, "This is scary." Licht said, "It is annoying. These ignorant people don't know they're throwing their last chance at mercy for petty screaming." M said, "Today was their chance to repent for ignorance, yet they failed." Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Dark Shield," protecting the team from dirtying their clothes and the emblem of Team Liebe.
As they reached the stadium and the battle was about to begin, the match was a team vs. team battle, but from Team Liebe, only Liebe went. As the battle began, Loom said, "You fool! You really think you can beat all 7 of us on your own?" Liebe said, "No, I will end you." Loom said, "Even for a fool like you, this is hilarious!" Liebe said, "Let's begin. Dark Magic: Black Impact!"
As the spell did nothing, Loom said, "You fool! With these Z-jammers, your magic is useless!" Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Black Impact!" as nothing happened. Seeing the battle, Licht was headed somewhere. Mia said, "Sir, where are you headed?" Licht said, "I have some business to take care of." M said, "Same here." Isurugi said, "Of course." As in the battle, Liebe said, "Dark Magic: Black Impact!" and yet nothing happened once again.
