The next day, Joshua Joyce attended the global video conference in Aidan's place.

As the number of Decepticons on Earth continued to grow, humanity would have been helpless against these invading robots without KSI's technological breakthroughs. The enemy was highly mobile—if they couldn't win a fight, they'd simply retreat, never giving humans a chance to surround them. Worse still, they could hide in plain sight within human society. The car you drove today could be a Decepticon tomorrow. With this common threat looming over Earth, despite underlying suspicions and lingering distrust, the world had largely united on a single front. KSI Corporation served as the crucial bridge between nations. Plasma weapons, transforming armor, electromagnetic guns—most of the technologies observed in Transformers had been carefully selected and released by Aidan through patent applications. Except for the transformable bio-armor, other countries could now develop their own defense systems. It was simply a matter of funding.

Joshua began the meeting by presenting his report. "According to Dr. Snow, the mysterious figure who appeared in Los Angeles five years ago has been secretly protecting Earth. The technologies made public in recent years are evidence of his guardianship."

"Then why didn't he reveal himself sooner?" asked one of the world leaders.

"He was conducting critical research," Joshua explained. "Research that addresses a potential crisis threatening Earth while simultaneously paving humanity's path to the stars."

"Could you elaborate?"

"Certainly. Let's start with our planet," Joshua began. "Earth wasn't originally a planet at all. It was created by a mechanical race called the 'Creators' as part of a failed experiment. Our world is actually a massive Transformer—the cosmic entity known as Unicron." Having learned all this the previous night, Joshua maintained his composure while the leaders on screen looked stunned. "Unicron, encased within Earth's material, will eventually awaken. To protect our world, we must cooperate with the planet Cybertron."

"The plan is as follows," he continued. "First, we'll modify the Star Harvester to gradually absorb energy from the sun's surface. Mr. Snow will then deploy a 'space fortress' magical array to power a protective barrier that will envelop the entire Earth. Once we establish the Space Bridge between Earth and Cybertron, we can eliminate the threat of mutual invasion between our worlds. Finally, we'll negotiate with Quintessa, the last remaining Creator, to change her energy absorption method from destructive plundering to stable harvesting."

"We need the British representatives to locate the 12th Earl of Folgan, Sir Edmund Burton, who is one of the last members of the Witwicky family. We also need to find a descendant of Merlin, Miss Viviane Wembly. Together, they can locate Quintessa's scepter," Joshua concluded.

Silence filled the virtual room as everyone struggled to process the information. Creators? Unicron? Space bridges? The concepts seemed beyond comprehension.

"The complete plan will be sent to you shortly," Joshua said, addressing the camera. "To prevent public panic, we'll make announcements before taking any major actions. We'll need Britain's assistance in this matter." The meeting continued as Joshua discussed funding arrangements with various nations.

With preparations underway, the British began searching for the spacecraft on the English Channel's seabed to retrieve Merlin's scepter. Optimus Prime traveled to the moon's dark side, located Sentinel Prime, and transported the Space Bridge device back to Earth. Aidan returned to the Egyptian pyramids, established a temporary base, and began studying the Star Harvester.

At Megatron and Optimus Prime's call, Transformers scattered across Earth converged on Egypt. They built a temporary camp and waited. To prevent conflicts, Aidan designated separate areas for each faction. However, many Decepticons refused to accept a human leader.

"We have to leave," growled a black, tiger-shaped Transformer. "I won't serve under some insignificant human."

"But we can't even get close to his abilities."

"He controls the AllSpark and the Matrix of Leadership! And that giant mecha... without a spaceship, we have no chance."

"Then we leave."

"Megatron has gone soft. He's not fit to lead us anymore."

The surrounding Decepticons fell silent, then reached an agreement. They chose to abandon Megatron's orders and desert. Soon, they formed a small group and moved toward the base's perimeter. Megatron quickly spotted them, transformed into a fighter jet, and intercepted their path.

"Stop!" Megatron fired warning shots into the ground before them, then transformed back, weapon raised.

"Megatron, you've betrayed us!" the squad leader declared.

"No, I'm trying to save our planet," Megatron replied. "Hasn't The Fallen's death taught you anything about our situation?"

"We won't bow to a human! Stand aside!"

"Then you'll wait until Sentinel Prime returns and the Space Bridge opens. You can go back then. Try to leave now, and I'll kill you myself!" He brandished his weapon. He wasn't the type of leader who coddled his troops, and if he allowed this insubordination to spread, it would destroy the entire Decepticon faction.

The squad leader attempted to push through but was immediately shot down by Megatron. "Return to camp!" Megatron commanded the terrified remaining Decepticons. The survivors exchanged glances, looked at their fallen comrade, and retreated with heads bowed.

The Autobots proved far more cooperative. They harbored no hatred toward humans, and with Optimus Prime's guidance, they requested permission from Aidan or Megatron before leaving the base.

For a time, Transformer battles on Earth ceased entirely. The Autobots embraced this peaceful existence—Bumblebee frequently visited Sam, while others reconnected with human allies from previous encounters. The Decepticons, meanwhile, remained confined to the base, impatiently awaiting the Space Bridge's activation so they could return to Cybertron.

Aidan focused intensively on studying the Star Harvester, preparing to modify it. So far, he hadn't found the right approach. If the transformation failed, he'd have to build a new one entirely. However, based on his research of the AllSpark, he'd developed a general direction for the Star Harvester device and had run simulations using the Arc Reactor. But this device, capable of absorbing a star's energy, was obviously far more complex. Modifying it would require altering the original energy operation structure—a process similar to his earlier work with magical inscriptions.

Soon after, Optimus Prime returned to Earth with Sentinel Prime. However, Sentinel Prime appeared to be in stasis, requiring the Matrix of Leadership's energy to reactivate him. Optimus had also successfully retrieved the Space Bridge device.
