The Stark Expo grounds were a landscape of wreckage and flashing emergency lights. The air, thick with the smell of ozone and burnt metal, was punctuated by the calm, reassuring voices of Baymax units as they administered first aid to the injured. Amidst the chaos stood three figures in battle armor.

"An isosceles triangle," Aidan observed, looking at the new, glowing reactor in Tony's chest. "You found a new element to replace the palladium. Brilliant."

"Yeah, well, digging through my dad's old research had its perks," Tony admitted, the new element's clean energy making him feel more alive than ever. "A new life, a new heart."

"Congratulations," Aidan said. "Though the rest of you looks like hell." He gestured to the tattered, scorched red and gold armor.

"That's the hero's aesthetic," Tony said with a relaxed grin. "You should try it sometime. There's a spot on the team for you."

"No thanks," Aidan refused directly. "I'm too busy with my own work." Your team fights fires, Tony, he thought. I build the fire department. He preferred to use his technology for mass rescue, not personal combat.

"Too busy dating, you mean," Tony teased.

"I'm wearing a silver-white suit of advanced battle armor, and it's the middle of the night," Rhodey, who had been standing beside him in his own grey War Machine suit, complained. "I feel like I'm the third wheel on the weirdest date in history."

"Oh, I thought you went back to report the situation," Tony glanced at him, surprised.

"By the way," Aidan said suddenly, ignoring them and producing a pen and a crumpled napkin from a storage compartment. "My brother is a huge fan of yours. Can I get an autograph?"

Tony stared at the offered items. "Where did you even get those?"

"Just picked them up off the ground."

"You know," Tony said, taking the pen and seriously considering the napkin, "if you really want to impress him, you should prepare something with a little more care. This might just get thrown away." He then signed his name with a dramatic flourish.

"I'm counting on it," Aidan said, taking the autograph and pocketing it with a look of disgust.

At that moment, a sleek black sports car pulled up. A woman in a form-fitting black catsuit, Natasha Romanoff, emerged from the driver's seat, her movements silent and predatory. "Stark," she said, her voice sharp. "Who just compromised the Hammer drone network?"

They had stormed Hammer Industries, fought their way to the mainframe, only to find Vanko gone and the entire drone operating system expertly dismantled and wiped clean. They had run for nothing.

"That would be me," Aidan said, giving the woman a casual wave.

Her eyes, sharp and analytical, fixed on him. "You infiltrated Hammer Industries while all this was going on?" she asked, her tone laced with disbelief.

"No," Aidan replied with a disarming smile. "I hacked them remotely from the Pacific Ocean. As long as there's a communication signal, there's a way in. It's not that complicated." He didn't mention Ruby.

Natasha's professional demeanor didn't crack, but her mind was racing. This child was a security threat on a global scale. Before she could press further, Pepper Potts arrived, running to Tony's side.

"Seeing as my family is probably worried sick," Aidan said, seeing the tender reunion beginning, "I'll be going." He turned, his Archangel wings unfolding, and with a powerful thrust, he launched into the night. Rhodey and Natasha left soon after, leaving Tony and Pepper alone amidst the wreckage.

The next day, the city was once again consumed by news of Aidan Parker. While Hammer Industries' weapons were now seen as a catastrophic failure, the Baymax robots that appeared on the scene were hailed as heroes. Newspapers and magazines that had prepared articles praising Hammer's drones quickly changed the headlines, replacing them with stories of the gentle, white robots that had saved so many lives. For a time, Baymax became the official mascot of New York, a "cuddly first responder." Who wouldn't love a robot that could watch your kids, protect you from harm, and give you a health screening?

The only problem was the price. Seeing the sigh of admiration from the public, Baymax Medical Technology released another statement, announcing plans to develop a more affordable, "Baymax Lite" model, priced similarly to a family car. They also made it clear: the armored "battle-Baymax" units seen at the Expo were not for sale, and would only be used by their own private defense and rescue teams.

Aidan, meanwhile, returned home. He endured Peter's excited hero-worship of Tony Stark for a single day before retreating to his laboratory, shaking his head. Out of sight, out of mind. He immediately began work on upgrading his own suit's energy systems, using the data on the new element Tony had given him to create a smaller, more efficient Arc Reactor for his own suit.

A week later, he was ready to test his new bio-suit.

In the Tandar lab's main testing chamber, he stood, clad in the new armor. It was not metal, but a living, chitinous sapphire-blue shell, with bioluminescent red stripes that pulsed with a faint inner light. "Ruby," his voice came from within the suit, "call up the strength detection target."

A large, tumbler-like target rose from the floor. Aidan adjusted his stance, flexed, and threw a single, powerful punch. CRACK! The target visibly buckled, a deep dent appearing in its metallic surface as a strong gust of air spread from the impact. On the wall ahead, a digital number flashed wildly, finally stopping at 1780KG. The power of an adult brown bear. This suit, still made from the cloned cells of Alice, was significantly stronger.

"A call is coming in," Ruby's voice interrupted his analysis. "The contact is Tony Stark. Shall I connect you?"

"Put him through," Aidan said, stopping his tests.

"Hey, Aidan," Tony's voice came through the comms. "Someone wants to meet you. You available?"

"Who?"

"Well..." Tony's voice became hesitant. A new voice, deep and authoritative, cut in. "Mr. Parker. We are the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division." The man said the full name in one breath.

Aidan was stunned into silence for a moment. S.H.I.E.L.D.

"I am the director of this organization," the voice continued. "We have been observing you for a long time. In a way, we've been protecting you."

Protecting me? Aidan thought. Or watching me? "I think I know who you are," he finally said. "I'll be there soon."

"No need," the voice replied. "We're already waiting for you outside."

Aidan shrugged, a little annoyed that he wouldn't get to fly. He dissolved the bio-suit into a small pattern on the back of his hand and left the lab. A sleek, black, government-issue sedan was waiting. He opened the passenger door and slid in.

"Hey,...Uncle, are you here to pick me up!" he said cheerfully to the driver.

The agent nodded solemnly. "Put your seatbelt on," he said, his voice flat as he started the car.

"I've already put it on," Aidan replied. "By the way, are you an agent? Do you get a good dental plan? Have you ever had to dress as a woman for a mission?..." He took the trouble to ask all kinds of questions, but the other party still didn't look at them, only the beating brows showed With the impetuousness in his heart.

"...Where are you taking me?" Aidan finally asked, noticing the car had unknowingly left the city center and come to a remote suburb. He felt something was wrong. "Hey, is Fury next to me? For..." Aidan picked up his phone and dialed it. Before he could finish speaking, his suit's battle chip prediction device suddenly sounded an alarm. The agent next to him was already pulling out a pistol.

Damn it, Aidan thought. It's true that S.H.I.E.L.D. is a snake's nest!

In the face of the sudden attack, blue liquid poured out of the Umbrella logo pattern on his palm and quickly intercepted his wrist.

"Ah!" The agent's wrist with the pistol was twisted with a sickening crunch.

But he just screamed in pain, then flashed fiercely, his other hand ripping the steering wheel from its column and smashing it at Aidan's face.
